If you are looking for peace, Grand Resort, Mahabaleshwar is the place. Had Very calm, serene and full of energy stay in Grand resort. Rooms are clean, staff is very alert and all of them make you very comfortable during the stay. Have been visiting here since last 13 years and food quality, service, and overall experience remains excellent all throughout these years. Take right turn from resort and you reach main market in 5 mins. Take left turn if you want a longer drive, you will reach Pratapgarh in 45 mins. Overall, as usual it was an excellent stay experience.

The food was terrible. Breakfast had limited options. The rooms were not clean and locks were broken. Highly unsafe. Cleanliness sucks.The rooms had leakage outside. the property was not well kept.

Decent stay
Excellent property , serene and quiet amidst nature . Staff from reception , restaurant , security are all very co-operative and helpful . food is decent . lot of options for kids to play indoor and outdoor games . tree machan is the highlight . Also very near to the market as well . only downside is rooms need upgrade - blankets , towels all old and worn out. But overall happy with the stay

Please Don’t Modernise It
Old place with courteous staff & required essential facilities. Food is good & place is 15 mins walking from bus stand market. The main usp is its old rustic feel which i loved very much. Owner seemed like a nice person & i appreciate his efforts for making our stay memorable. Reception girl is very responsive, pleasant & helping. We’ll surely visit again.

The Grand Resort was an awesome stay 👍 Beautiful place for nature lovers surrounded by trees. Liked the buffet breakfast menu 😊Only one request if the “A la Carte “ menu can be improvised. Husband have arranged for surprised Anniversary dinner at tree house & cake was arranged with the help of resort Manager Ashutosh 😍Staff is friendly and helpful ..Overall a good experience 🥰

We stayed at Grand Resort for 1 day . Resort is nearby market place. Stay was good . Staff was very polite and helpful. Resort is surrounded by trees . Environment was pleasant. Food quality was nice . But Room size was small . Overall nice stay .

Beautiful place, good vibes.
The resort is located a little off the main market which makes it a quiet place in the middle of greenery. You won't hear the traffic or the 'town noises' but would be a quick 15 mins walk away from market area. The place itself is made keeping nature and animal lovers in mind. You won't regret booking this resort, especially if you have kids or pets.

Property very old. Needs modernization & maintainence. Had insects, cockroaches in the room. Room service not fast enough. We got the food ice cold ! recreation facility is good. Food quality is good. Staff is very polite & helpful. Good cleanliness. Very expensive compared to facilities provided. Room had no intercom system. We were at mercy of wifi provided by the hotel. Mobile network not good in the room. Far away from main market. You need to have your own vehicle to stay here.

For a more luxurious stay, our newly renovated Grand Duplex Rooms offer upgraded amenities and modern interiors. As Grand Resort – For Nature Lovers, we are surrounded by 6 acres of forest. The Grandwood Rooms feature wall-spanning windows for stunning views, though we advise keeping them closed in the evening to avoid insects. Our team is always available to assist. We sincerely apologize if service was delayed. As noted in our menu, food is prepared fresh and requires a minimum of 45 minutes, ensuring high quality. Our peaceful location is just 900 meters from the main market. For guests without vehicles, we can arrange transport through the local taxi union. Pleasant stay in the forest
familyI have been a regular at Grand Resort since 2007. Usually visit twice a year in April and November-December time frame. This time the resort was a much quieter possibility because of the Diwali festival time. Not many folks in the resort. This was in a way a boon in disguise because we had the entire resort for ourselves. The room was clean and well made. The bathroom was clean and had hot water running, even in the evening. The resort uses Solar energy. I liked this initiative. Wifi worked well, although I didn't use it much because I had decided to be away from electronic gadgets 😀. Excellent food as always. And polite staff. Most of them have been working since I first saw them way back in 2007. Overall a pleasant and peaceful stay.

Place feels like haunted no telephone in room no mineral water, sugar, tea, soap provided no man power to maintain property electricity cut off frequently in night rooms are very old

Regarding the amenities, it is true that we do not provide telephones in the rooms. This information is clearly stated on all booking. We use WhatsApp for communication, which is well-received by the majority of our guests. As for mineral water, we emphasize our commitment to being an eco-friendly resort. We avoid single-use plastics and provide unlimited filtered RO water instead. This information is also mentioned and in the welcome message sent to you. We have chosen liquid soap over bar soaps to reduce wastage, in line with our focus on nature conservation. It is surprising to hear that you found the property to feel haunted, especially considering that the resort was fully occupied during your stay. Our location does experience occasional power cuts due to the terrain and high rainfall, but we have a backup generator that activates automatically. Our resort has been serving guests since 1970 and offers a range of accommodations to suit different preferences, from budget travelers to luxury seekers. We hope this clarifies your concerns. Horrible experience
Grand resort property located outside of mahabaleshwar market. It was scary to travel at night time ( no street lights available, signboard also not proper. The room was in very poor condition, the windows were not properly closed, bath towels were wet, bed was not comfortable. The ambience was not good, money was not worth it.
