location is excellent as it's on highway between panchgani and mahabaleshwar,so reaching location you don't get lost.its near to large number of restaurants walkable 1 km,venna lake which is tourist attraction food prepared is quite good and hygienic,we were a bunch of 7 adults and 3 children and all of them enjoyed indoor games including tt,chess,carrom etc.breakfast is equally satisfying with changing meny everyday to ensure you get bored of same nenu everyday.

Good Stay
hotel is good rooms are very nice, clean, everything is ok, only at the time of check-in the reception person told us in one room 3 person is allowed 2 adult and one child and when we book from MMT he told you book from MMT now I will not allow , if you make direct booking then only we will allow extra child and direct rate was costly then MMT, so he take 600 extra from us for per day per room then we have to pay 2400/- extra for two rooms and for two child for 2 days

Overall experience was okay. Rooms are good. There is a small swimming pool. Also food quality wise I would say is not that great breakfast doesn't have any variety. It has only bread and two main items either Poha or some other sort of Uma, where as cornflakes, milk, juice and Coffee are the regularly, but unfortunately they don't know much variety on food and even for eggs They will ask for extra money. Our room service was fine. Overall it's okay. Not that great based on the cost, I have request for dental kit and the informed it will be chargeable. I have previously stayed in Treebo and they used to provide dental kit, but now this hotel reception informed not supplied them stock for last two months. I'm not sure how they are collaborating in and maintaining a brand. This seems offbit.

Hi, the property, location, Food, parking was good Only improvements is that pest control need to be done regularly, as i found small 2-3 cockroach. Everything else was fantastic Thank you

Excellent Stay
Had an excellent stay. Check-in was easy n quick.Room was large,clean and upto the mark with all the amenities. All the attractions are close to the property. Special thanks to Rajesh and Mohan, they were always available whenever needed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and quite comfortable. The service provided by the staff was courteous and responsive, which definitely added to the positive impression. The food quality was average — nothing exceptional, but decent enough for a short stay. One area that needs improvement is the bathroom, where I noticed a water leakage issue in the ceiling, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite that, the overall stay was good, and with a few improvements, this place has the potential to offer an even better guest experience.

Property location is very good. nearby lingamala waterfall. I love the ambience and shreyas gave us very good room service. Breakfast was also delicious. Only negative point i think is the matrices, it's not comfortable.
