The bunker rooms were too small to accommodate 6 people beds were also small. You charged almost for a bed that is not even a proper bunker bed it was half of that. Plus there was no swimming pool in the property and you re branding it as zostel “plus”. Coming to the food part, it was hell expensive and let me tell you expensive is not the problem the taste and the quality we were getting for that price was terrible I had your sandwich and I hated that in fact everyone on the table hated it. We stayed at hosteller Lonavala for 2 days before coming to zostel and it was far better experience than you offered even for a very high price. Worst zostel experience I ever had

Zostel Panchgani is an absolute gem if you’re looking for a stay with unreal valley views and a vibrant, social vibe. I stayed in one of their valley view rooms, and honestly, the scenery from the balcony was next-level. Waking up to clouds drifting through the hills and sipping coffee while watching the sun rise over the valley was a highlight of the trip. The rooms are thoughtfully designed—clean, cozy, and built in a way that makes the most of the hillside location. The Bombax Restaurant on-site exceeded expectations. Every meal we had there was top-notch—from comfort food to more unique dishes. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe of the place made it perfect for chilling out or meeting fellow travelers.

Had an amazing stay at Zostel Plus Panchgani! The vibe of the place is great, the café food and ambience were fabulous, and the DJ made the nights so lively. The rooms and property are beautiful and comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Panchgani!

Stayed at a standard private room, each and every facility is there be it towels napkins brush items toiletries, cup tea and coffee packets, kettle, balcony view was breathtaking, all of the staff are kind and helpful, food is super delicious specially there unlimited breakfast buffet don't miss that, hot water 24 hours, power back up all working perfectly, view from every corner of the zostel is beautiful, also at night they have movies or music event..absolutely loved my stay..cant wait to experience again soon Trust me u won't find a better place to stay in the entire Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar..highly recommended from my side

Excellent place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Panchagani. View from the room is spectacular and cafe serves all cuisines made perfectly. Chose the hammock room and the views are dreamy. Special mention to Vishal and team for the amazing food at Bombax cafe.

Really good location and staff, Stayed there for 2 nights

stay is not that value for money. cons:- property is 28 kms from main city overpriced rooms are very compact and I got injured by the iron stand in room. constant noise as due to rain and honestly I was scared. no room service. cafe is too far. property is bit confusing and no direction signs inside. There are few few lights in common area which is very unsafe during Fogg and rains. pros- view is nice staff is nice we asked for a permission to capture few pictures inside or outside of the cafe and they asked for 25000 for an hour. I would suggest there are other properties with better facilities.

Had been to this property in 2018 and the vibes that we had that time was the same this time as well.. excellent staff.. about food i never expected this excellent food. I would be visiting again.

The location was amazing, room was cleaned, restaurant was good, view from the balcony was also good, over all good experience. Common room had lots of sport activities. Also drinking water was free, it was unique about zostel
