location is superb just next to lake but needs lot of improvement. amenities for kids don't exist or in broken condition. rooms are maintained in ok stage. . property is more suitable for bachelors than family.

The property location is good, which is near to Koyana lake with scenic view. The restaurant food was tasty, this restaurant has short staff so there are not providing room service.

Amenities were not that great , TV remote wasn’t working , lights weren’t working . Owner was kind enough to change our room after we complained. Couldn’t even see where the indoor games room was . The kitchen was helpful but slow .. food was average.. hit/ miss . Probably because we visited in an off season

There was no electricity whole night, too hot water coming from all tabs in bathroom even in toilet and wash basin ,no cold water was available,no room service very bad service,arrogant person never go to nihal resort

The food was good, but the caretaker was a bit rude. They asked for payment for things we had already paid for, like keeping beer in the fridge, which was unnecessary and unpleasant.

Room service not at all satisfying. We asked for tea in morning on chargeable basis but staff make use wait until 8 pm. Swimming pool wasn't functioning. Free nature walk, kayaking was declared closed since long time. Food was average yet pricy.

First of all mm t charged almost double charges. Resort stay is only for 1 day stay. Not good for stay more than 1 day. Every day breakfast dinner is same.

They charged me extra 1000 rs for my 5 year old child. We didn't ask for any extra mattresses or nothing.

Very badly managed property. Totally unhygienic & bad food. Plus rooms were not properly cleaned and property is badly maintained. View is fantastic but that is just about it.

Amenities was worst . swimming pool is not safe as tiles of it came off and hurted 2 to 3 persons . No hot water in bathroom , we need to ask and he will bring in bucket they don't give room service of food also

Resort not mentioned, electricity problem is major we suffered from full night darkness and there is no backup, bathroom is without hot water and water comes from bathroom is red and having oder, hotel management told us that boring ka pani he aisehi aayega, stairs not easy for children, swimming pool tiles is broken it cause injury’s to my child and they use harmful chemical in swimming,

I recently stayed at nihal resort and it was an amazing experience. The resort is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The swimming pool is pristine and inviting, perfect for a relaxing dip. Additionally, the breathtaking lake view from my room was the highlight of my stay. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway. The two spaces where they can look for an improvement is the food they offer (typical maharashtrian food) and the quality of bedsheets/blankets inside the stay.

Cockroaches in room… Asked for tea but not provided as milk was not available… free breakfast but only option is poha… In our room only hot water supply was available on every tap including toilet hose that too boiling hot water and when called service no one picked the call

The property view is the best, but, food- food quality was very bad, it is too much costly, if you wanted to buy cream biscuits of rs. 10 then need to pay rs. 20 for same pack, chicken masala we had taken, it was half cook and owner was not accepting, even simple dal fry was cooked without dal, there was only water in it no masala and salt, overall bad quality of food rooms - room was ok, but they don't have gerator backup and power cut issue was there, if you want extra mattresses then you need to pay rs. 1000, which is too much, bathroom tap was leaked and was not working properly, and toilet tap was having hot water connection and it was disgusting,
