location is very poor, room standard is worst, I have photos attached which shows its doesn't meet 1 star also, food is still ok but room smeels, no views, both side rooms have other house in front, also location is poor

Excellent Stay
We had a great trip here at Sterling Panchgani. I am especially thankful to Jagmohan and Heru for their excellent service. I can't conclude my review without mentioning the food, it's reallly delicious, it made our trip even more memorable. Thanks to all the staff of Sterling Panchgani for taking care of us. Good Stay
The stay at Sterling Panchgani has been very Good. The location & ambience is Good. The view from the mountain view room was mesmerizing. The hotel staff is very courteous & welcoming. The staff at the restaurant served us with heart & made us comfortable. Special Thanks to Mr. Jagmohan & Mr. Aniket for taking care of us at the restaurant & going an extra mile to handle our requests. All done with a smile & no hindrances. Excellent Stay
Sterling panchgani is a nice resort. View from mountain view room is fantastic. Food quality is very good. Buffet food also has nice variety and taste overall a very good experience.

The hotel has only 10 rooms with a view. All other rooms are without any view and simple. The pricing is on the higher side. Food was simple and good.

Average Stay
Facilities were good, location is ok not so great as it has in the other properties. Food is not so great as per sterling standards, moong halva was made by a amateur. 2 nd day breakfast had no sweat dish like halva, sheera donuts, only jam that too from a unknown manufacturer. I had a chance to book as a guest but gave full season rates as all good things come with a price. Probably first last time in this property.

Property is a little old, that's reflected in washrooms.. They maintain good cleanliness, food quality was also very good... Service was also good... Location is okay but there's no privacy from Mountain view rooms because of the building opposite...

Pleasant stay , staffs were very cooperative, food was good. approach road was pretty scenic . Swimming pool was clean and has a very nice view of ghats

It was amazing ! Mesmerising view from room. Delighted to get a room upgrade! Spacious and clean rooms ! Breakfast was average, but would recommend to try their masala, pepper & plain omelette !! It’s was delicious 😋

Decent stay with great vie
The stay was good, especially the view. Food was great. View from the pool is mesmerizing. There are also games, activities and spa for those looking for some relaxation.

the stay was fine, the property needs better upkeep and the cleanliness needs improvement in the rooms. the housekeeping service was not upto the mark, but the kitchen and restaurant service was very good. the room had a good view of the valley. overall, a decent stay but the housekeeping service needs improvement.
