Poor Stay
The executive room was OK but standard double room was not upto the mark. It was at ground floor with no good view and near Kitchen area. The food was also not good. It was average. Especially the dry manchurian was uncooked. It was difficult to chew and eat. Breakfast was good. We liked upma and tea.

Nice location, it was a pleasent
location is good. not crowded. we booked hill view balcony view room. hotel is in outskirt of city so our stay was so peaceful as we wanted. Rooms are spacious and clean. staff is polite. only problem I faced was bad network in that hotel area.

Excellent Stay
The food was excellent, hotel staff was very kind and caring. The view from the hotel was awesome. Lush green mountain along with a breathtaking view of Lingmala waterfall and other small waterfalls. We enjoyed our stay very well.

An Average Stay in Mahabaleshwar Forest
The property is located on the Mahabaleshwar Panchgani road, and is just a 6min drive from MAPRO. However, it is located in a literal forest, and network doesn’t work at all in the forest, so you have to either ask locals or download offline maps. It is a nondescript offshoot from the main road, and the road is not very well developed, so one must keep that in mind. The hotel in question was decent. We had traveled as 2 families, with my elderly parents. The room was decent and as shown in the pictures. However, they gave us rooms on the ground floor which should never be the case, because the makeshift “restaurant” was right in front of our room, completely ruining our privacy. The door of 1 of the rooms opened directly in front of the kitchen, and the workers would gather there, and their conversation and hustle completely destroyed our privacy and comfort. Secondly, the floor-to-roof length windows led directly onto the main road where people would go about, so I couldn’t even open the curtains to enjoy the weather. A suggestion would be to not have ANY rooms on the ground floor so as to maintain the safety, comfort and privacy of the guests. Also-the rooms don’t have tea or coffee makers, and the WiFi is spotty. Other than these 2 issues, the stay was decent; the breakfast was simple vegetarian and the staff was courteous. But for the amount I shelled out, I would not recommend the place, specifically for the ground floor rooms.

Good Stay
Property food was good mainly breakfast 4.5 star for missal, Kan bhajji, poha Upma.Chinese food was average. Property location was good but not excellent with the view we got. Property facility mainly consist of plastic chairs and table , Air conditioner was not working. Even after complaint there was no action from management. Staff was helpful and cleanness was ok rating 4 star not excellent.

It was a pleasant stay at Hotel Mahabaleshwar fragrance . Hotel staff was friendly and polite. Food was also tasty and service was great. Only improvement can be done related to lift in hotel, as it’s difficult for senior citizens to go up on second floor. Otherwise the hotel is good for stay away from city traffic. Hotel is not premium at all. Room allotted was in poor condition. Kitchen is closed at 10pm. TV not working. Dead bolt without hole for the bolt. Broken/ damaged TV. Food trays in dirtiest state. Inadequate lights in room.
