Over all good experience, location was good near to central mahabaleshwar, food was amazing, room was too good and swimming pool water also clean we enjoyed lot

Amenities that were in poor condition, Lack of bathroom and room cleanliness. The hot water tap was not working properly. Found hair in food.

Food was not upto the mark & room was average. Hot water was only for limited time after paying high charges.

Excellent location in the midst of nature, well planned cottages with all basic amenities. All the staff were very cooperative,Mr. Sivan was the best.Front office Mr. Nitin was very helpful . Though the food was vegetarian it was very good. Break fast was excellent.

rooms are not good issue with power supply , no proper television dirty pool and bad service breakfast was just poha and pathetic tasting uttapa also if you need anything you have to walk to the reception area they dont have phones in the room overall not good and not at all good for the price they charge

Not worth a single penny that is charged it for one night stay on 25th Jan. but the state of the hotel was terrific after they charge that amount. no cleaning at all , all the bedsheets were not changed after first checkout and was all dirty , the whole hotel and the area is stinky, they have just placed few syntex plastic sheets and made rooms where if tv is switched on you I'll hear it in all surrounding rooms. in case you need to complain to the reception there is no intercom only way to contact them is to call them on cell phones and guess what there is no mobile coverage. in all a disappointed experience with this stay.

Nice place but need little maintenance. Also breakfast can be improved. overall hotel was nice and ambience was great.

We had a fantastic stay at blue park resort. Excellent service and lovely cottages. Very convenient location also.

I was impressed with the quality of service provided by Swami Travels. The bus was spotless, and we reached our destination on time. The hotel Blue Park Nature Resort was excellent, the service provided was exceptional. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and the quality of food was also amazing. I really Loved the ambience!

Staff response is good however we suffered with no continuous availability of hot water and also food is average and for 7k it's not worth at all. Stinky smell in the bath room and premises not really clean and good.

Food was very good, in the time of monsoon power back up was excellent were power cuts are frequent, up keeping was good, staff was very friendly and ready to help and a call away

Over all excellent place to visit with family or friends. Staff is very friendly and courteous, welcoming and hosted well. Ambience is great in house restaurant is decent.

No cleaning, hot water service very poor, but staff service and food was excellent

Properly is good but room maintenance is worst. Cockroach and small incests are there in mattress and in room as well. I complained about it, they changed the room to an other. But it is covered with iron rakes lot of sound due to rain all the night. It was horrible experience without sleep all the night. No hot water in evenings. Poor room maintenance.

The resort was not up to the standards. Definitely not worth what they charge. I discount some cleanliness issues to the heavy rainfall, but the general staff attitude and tardiness was not expected. Only mr. Deepak was the saving grace, as he seemed the only one eager to help. Food was mediocre. Also i was not aware it was a pure veg hotel, as it was not mentioned. Even room service was not available. Even when i ordered tea, i was delivered in a kettle and 3 steel glasses. Power backup was limited, so geysers and ac were not working, not that ac was required. But it could be an issue during summers. Hot water was an issue due to power outage, but mr. Deepak gave us temporary dg connection for geysers. Overall won’t recommend the resort especially at the price they charge

Location is good. Staff was also very supportive. Room was also very good. Near to market just 1 km from market. Ample parking

Blue Park Nature Resort was best Resort I visited during my visit to Mahabaleshwar.Good rooms with excellent hospitality from the resort staff .Appreciated from my bottom of my heart. Wish to drop in when ever I get a chance to Mahabaleshwar. Neat and clean all over with good ambiance with quality Food…Money worth.
