Staff was very cooperative and supportive ..room was cleaned but smell coming out may be reason of heavy rain ..overall good ...

This property boast an excellent location just minutes from the market and bus stand making it super convenient.Guest rave about the delicious food and ample breakfast.compliemented by ample space to sit and eat. The staff is friendly n helpful.u can check in early if u arrived bit early then ur check in time.The rooms are clean n tidy.hot water bath in morning is possible.just a heads up some rooms are noted to be cozy in size

The hotel was very disappointing. The rooms had a bad odor and poor hygiene standards. The food was just average and definitely not worth the high prices charged. Overall, the property is highly overpriced for the quality it offers.

A few rooms are too small and there is no ventilation in the room. However the hotel's owner is a really good person. He shifted us to a big room and also the hotel has provided one day complement breakfast. The main plus point is that the hotel is inside the main market and 2 min walk to the Mahabaleshwar bus stand.

it was an amazing stay at sheetal hotel we stayed for 3 days in non ac room, room had 1 bed and 1 extra folding sofa cum bad where one person can sleep, this hotel is in the market so you get all the things near by, also staff was very cooperative they helped us a lot, the hotel provide a hot water, acqua purifier water and other basic facilities, they daily come to clean our room so hygiene was nice, food was also very good at the hotel, you can order in your room and enjoy your peace, over all it was amazing stay, will definitely visit again, will definitely recommend this hotel to others under budget. The hotel was excellent with the perfect market location, hotel staff was very polite and helpful, they provide filter water as well, hot water in bathroom, there were no smell a perfect budget hotel fo vacation
