Good Home stay at Mahabaleshwar .. Best for the one who own Private vehicle... Miss Ashiyana and his father is very supportive . A very peaceful place ideal for couples.. we booked 2 adjacent rooms on the top floor.. Hot water available 7-11 am 700m from main market road...

The Wi-Fi was quite unreliable, which was frustrating, especially for those needing to stay connected for work or leisure. Additionally, commuting through the market proved to be a challenge due to heavy foot traffic and narrow pathways. Overall, the Address Boulevard is a great choice if you're looking for a hotel with excellent views and convenient market access. With some improvements to the Wi-Fi and clearer commuting options, it could truly be an outstanding stay!

It was hard to find the place. There was no toilet seat cover. They should have put a new toilet seat lid/cover. When asked to shift us in another they said the hotel is completely booked. They should have made proper arrangements if they are charging us the money for their roomy. Initially they didn’t provide soap and towel. Once we asked soap and towel they provided the same.

It's nice place to stay, owner is good by nature, all services are good.

Good and neat hotel. Difficulty in locating the hotel and navigation. Food was good. Wifi was high speed but connectivity was weak. People were humble and helpful. Need hangers in washroom and tv for the price.

Nice place. Market is hardly 5mnt away. Very comfortable stay. Owner's family himself stay on ground floor of hotel. Wifi connectivity is very poor. No signle of wifi inside the rooms. Food was good.

No lift facility, hot water not available in evenings, no power backup, flush is not working properly

2 hot water supply was not available at the time of check in. Hot water supply was apparently available till 7a. M to 8a. M only. Toiletries like soap, toilet paper, were not provided. They provided soap and towels on request.

Very stinky, dogs all over the place, charging sockets are damaged, no hot water on demand, no jet spray, no toiletry no tv and they charge 2k for this not recommendable very bad experience

The room we got was actually quite old and dated and looked absolutely nothing like the one in the pictures. Location is really not good and very shanty. We had also lost our wearables hanged out for drying. Upon enquiry, we hadn’t received any assistance or help from staff. Staff were like least bothered about our problems. Overall very disappointing stay, poor room service. Not recommended for family.

The room was clean, hot water in the morning was fine, no light issue, maybe a little bit difficult to find a hotel yourself but the service provider (hotel owner) will help you to find the hotel and follow up with you. Wifi is there but very low speed inside the room, you need to open the door or get out of the room for proper connectivity. Can't comment about food as i had food outside. Overall a good experience 😊

Location is very near to market. Reaching. Location in your own vehicle in peak time is very difficult. But the property owner is very cooperative. Room sizes are very big. No generator backup.

The host was lovely and the stay was great. The rooms were spacious, clean and the services offered were wonderful.

Cons: 1. Finding location of this place is not possible at all. It is not updated in google also. It is located in some corner. The way to this stay is through some street which is very bad. 2. Location is not good. 3. This is just like lodge. Nothing like there is view from balcony or anything. 4. There is no hot water geyser. Need to wait from sun to come out since there is solar water heater. 5. There is no hot water kettle also. 6. I had booked room as 2 adults and 1kid but bed they provided is not sufficient to accommodate it at all. 7. For the same price i stayed in other hotel in mahabaleshwar which was far better than this. Pros: 1. Sine it is new property it is clean.
