Bathroom is not maintained. Food is ok not so bad. His service boy tushar is very good with his service. I was only happy with that. Bed also was not clean like his bed sheets. Overall it was ok. 3 rating.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, conveniently located near the mahabaleshwar main market. My deluxe room was impressive - nicely appointed, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The toilets were also clean and well-kept. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service. The room service staff were friendly, hospitable, and attentive to my needs. The only drawback was the lack of mobile network coverage in my room, which made it difficult to stay connected. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The combination of a great location, lovely rooms, and top-notch service makes it an excellent choice. We added breakfast in our room booking on extra charges. However the hotel considered it as complimentary breakfast and non-veg food was restricted. Very disappointed as we had already paid our breakfast charges in advance for both veg and non veg.

The service was so bad. And the towels which they were giving were so much bad that there was a barn smell coming from it

Provided with the rooms there was no other proper facilities given for spending time also the cleanliness was not the best, average to be honest, no proper hospitality and only basic toiletry was given

Hospitality is very poor. No tea arrangement in hotel. Bathroom tap in bad condition continuous waler leakages making noise in whole night. No warm water.

Good n pleasant stay with best condition of room n near to market n st bus stand. Affordable price within city.

I have booked duplex room.. and the room was fantastic.. Superbbb… hotel is near by market.. staff was very good..

All room are non ac and duplex so 4 people can easily fit. But all have only wall mounted fans. No good view from hotel. We stayed on 27 th may 2024

Nice clean rooms. Canteen is also ok type comparing outside food quality. Ac working properly, clean bathroom, proper matress with blanket and good room service. Everything was good overall and it's definitely a value for money deal. Would like to give 4. 5 rating

Breakfast not upto the mark. Only one small plate of poha or up-ma with tea. There is no parking so your vehicle has to be parked on the road beside the hotel

Thirdclass experience in this hotel never book this hotel no proper room service available hotel rooms are very compact and don’t have proper amenities

Miss management, wrong representation of room no power backup, having ac room, i had to stay without electricity whole night, no wifi facilities, hot water for shower only in morning in low temperatures wasted my money on the trip on one of the most important part (stay) of my trip, won’t book stay here lifetime.

The mattress in the room was not good. Also we had booked an ac room but we had to tell at the reception to switch on the ac. Would not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is just behind the main market and about 7 minutes from the main bus stop(s. At an economic price, the room was well maintained. The services were prompt too.

Hotel is located in main market of Mahabaleshwar and Easy to reach for every one. Only issue is parking. You need to park your vehicle in pay and park, but they will arrange it. Overall Good experience
