This was hands down one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The Highland Mist is a complete disaster and should not even be allowed to call itself a hotel. • No fresh towels – basic hygiene was completely ignored. • Mould on the walls everywhere – disgusting, filthy, and a serious health risk. • No hot water – despite being promised, we were left with cold showers. • Stained and dirty bedsheets – beyond unhygienic, felt like they were never washed. • Constant power cuts – making the stay absolutely miserable. • Staff with zero manners – rude, careless, and completely unbothered about guests’ problems. This place is a scam. Nothing matches the service they claim to provide. Staying here was a nightmare, and I would never recommend this to anyone. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration – avoid this place at all costs.

Cleanliness was minus 100%. There is no food available in the hotel. Bed sheet , pillows and other things were in horrible conditions. I don’t know how make my trip is suggesting such property to their existing client.

The place is average with near average facilities. There is no restaurant attached to the hotel so you need to order from adjoining hotel (hotel harmony palace. Hotel view was good with a balcony attached. A basic breakfast facility with tea or coffee would have been better. All in all an average hotel which could be better if you want some basic stay and do not want to spend too much.

familyVery simple and clean hotel. Good view, quiet area and yet close to the Mapro garden and main road. You may find difficulty in reaching the place, the board needs to be put up clearly for directions. To do not get soaps and other toiletries but only towel, but the bathrooms are very clean with continuous water supply. Please do not follow the contact number provided on Google as it does not belong to the actual hotel person and the person will always say it’s fully booked to make you direct to another hotel. No breakfast available but you have Mapro garden nearby so not a thing to worry really.

Services was fast. All staff were good, polite & hardworking. Amenities were upto the mark & location is good near mapro garden. Only thing is they should give pickup & drop service during arrival & departure.

An average experience.

Stayed at this hotel for one day during a leisure trip to mahabaleshwar. Although hotel location and rooms are good, the staff lacks the professional attitude. Basic things like glasses for water, soap in toilet etc had to be told to the staff every-time. Food was fairly good. Overall an average stay. Proper car parking space needed. Very difficult in case there are more vehicles.
