room were spacious with a double bed and sofa cum bed and other necessary facilities, it's 2 story building and there no lift in property.it was clean and hygienic,staff is helpful.they don't have in-house restaurant but they have tieup with nearby restaurant so you can order from there, food was tasty.Clean swimming pool and good location.

Terrible Stay

Even though we wanted to continue to stay, but we were terribly shocked by: - poor wifi. - no restaurant (though they claim to have one. - toiletries were provided onky in repeated requests. - ceiling fan not working - plates and water not provided on time and therefore we had to stay hungry the whole night as the food got cold. Would not recommend anyone for even one night's stay here.

Sir the wifi network issue was due to heavy rains as said before. Also about restaurant it was been already informed that its a combined restaurant for 2 hotels. Toiletries were also been provided on your first call. And about the ceiling fan, the capacitor was changed on the first call. About the plates as the staff was in ghe resataurant for order they provided it as they reached at hotel. Even after cooperating with you your misunderstanding. Also we offerd you the breakfasf from our side. Its unfair from your end even after co-operating and giving you the best service.

coupleIt's not a hotel, it's a good quality lodge only. Isolated, no lift, no kitchen, service is not to mark. Stay at night in self risk. No response from servants at night time. Experience is very bad. Cleanliness is very poor.

As written by guest would like to let you know that, no lodge provide you any service in the mid night. Agree we do t have lift, but it's just a 12 room property so we don't have that. But we do have a combined kitchen for Mount Bliss and Miraya as both are Our properties and also all the orders were given on time from the restaurants. Expectation of the guest was like he should have a personal servant outside the door for his service 24*7. About safety, please note we have CCTV 24*7 with staff night duty. The guest forget to mention that our staff gave him service by morning 3:30 am also. Sir for your fake review you must check the reviews by other guests who now are Our regular guest. The service we provide you will get to know in their reviews. Would request you not to be so fake even after getting such a good service.

familyProperty is located at panchgani_mahabaleshwar road. It is a part of the group which own few properties around. This standalone property is decent 3star, with a small garden with good set of beautiful flowers, children's play area, swimming pool and ample parking for your vehicles. Staff is helpful. Restaurant has very good vegetarian option and very nice food and great view. Overall, it was a very good stay

It was a good stay at hotel mount bliss. The room was clean and big. Bathroom was missing with basic things like dental kits. Compared to the amenities, it was on a higher side, probably due to the december holiday season.

Hotel is not having dining facility. They have taken this facility from nearby hotel and for breakfast, you have to go to nearby hotel. This is highly inconvenient. Apart from this, stay was good. Do not take complementary food facility while booking this hotel.

Good stay but improvement required

Hotel is good. Rooms are good. But room service is a major challenge. They don't have an in-house restaurant. Breakfast is arranged at a nearby restaurant. No one picks up the call at reception till 8. 45 am. So even you don't get early morning tea. They are reluctant to provide water in the room also. Poor service

familyI stayed with my family for two nights. Rooms are enough big for three person and very tidy & clean. Bathrooms are clean. Breakfast & their kitchen are excellent. Staff members very polite and well behaved.
