Amazing stay, wonderful hospitable owner, and a wonderful strategically located hotel with superb valley view. Food was of excellent quality, hotel helped to arrange the entire sight seeing and the plan was meticulous. Highly recommended for families travelling together.

Paid breakfast was denied . Even though the breakfast was available and we were just 15 mins late we were told its over.Nothing was briefed about the breakfast timings.Dint even consider arranging it.Parking issues. Cold behaviour of the staffs. only Positive- Room was clean and well maintained.

We recently stayed at this property with our family, and it was a decent experience. The room and surrounding area were comfortable and quiet. A highlight was the nearby Mapro Garden, which was a pleasant spot to visit. However, the breakfast offered with our booking didn't meet our expectations. Given the extra cost included in the booking, we had hoped for a more satisfying meal. Unfortunately, we ended up dining out and incurring additional expenses. Overall, the property was suitable for a family stay, but improvements to the breakfast offerings would enhance the overall experience.

Hotel's locality is not good and it's constructed between slums, restaurant doesn't have own kitchen or dinning area but since they provide breakfast option so they get it from the market and it's only 1 dish and just 1 plate per person from the option given which was received in cold and not fresh. Rooms were clean though.

Property location and room ambience was absolutely spot on, food quality is also good along with room service. No wifi available inside the room. Value for money property though.

hotel is bad. staffs of hotel are terrible. geyser not present in bathroom. hot water available only for morning (upto 8am). no proper parking for vehicle. bedsheets are not clean. toiletries not given until we asked. staff smoke the cigarette in groundfloor(but in add mentioned smoking not allowed). in add mentioned outside food not allowed or served but in all corridors meshed with food & plates. in ground floor-aside reception room dog menace present. in add mentioned checkin time 11am & checkout time 11.30am but they forced for check in only after 12 noon & checkout strictly 10am. all workers are very rude.. even in hotel room came across cockroaches.

Its a great experience staying here the room service and cleanliness is good.

As we had planned mahabaleshwar, panchgani and khaas plateu, koyna back water and satara the location was very convenient on the main road easy to travel either way. The staff were very polite and attended to all our travel and stay needs. Even though it is on main road, it is quite calm.
