they put off ac at night from outside and no hot shower at evening time also I don't want this type of room next time

Locations was far inside from road hotel was good only dustbin has to be provided bcoz it was not there in the room

location was quite confusing, people who were assisting were really nice and sweet. we expected rooms to b more nice as we saw in the picture, our one room was good with a beautiful view but we had to chng the second room as ac wasn't working, the room we got in exchange wasn't up to the mark

Yes I sooooo want to write a review for this booking of mine which I made Pathetic location Extremely unprofessional Staff (which is a caretaker family ) Location is very very far from main road and u will have to cross 3-4 slopes to reach to this hotel If u have a car the road is very narrow and if u have a bike u can't reach main road from hotel with a pillion as the road is too steep. Caretakers are extremely unprofessional They gave us only one towel (we were a couple) Booking was for 2 nights they gave only 1 mineral water bottle They refused to switch on the AC All these things were mentioned in the amenities and hence they were expected to deliver the same Caretakers kept telling me that we have paid less and hence they can't give us AC, mineral water and Towel for 2 TV was not working either Hot water was On & Off (though the temperature was too low being a hill station) We paid the amount which was shown on MMT app how is that our fault that we paid less amount And why do we deserve this pathetic service even after paying the price Caretaker's wife kept saying u are the first customer who's asking for 2 Towels for 2 people mineral water every day and AC why do u need AC when it's soo cold here She also said customers carry Their own Towels n stuff Why do we deserve these personal comments from these useless caretakers When asked for tea she said there is no Milk Its a request to MMT to stop working with these Hotels as it is only gonna spoil MMT's reputation Thanks

First of all, the rest house had a complete home-like vibe. The caretaker was very nice, and we had him prepare the food, which was extremely delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Although the host was friendly, the room was average. Thr blanket was smelly and breakfast had the same two options everyday - upma or poha

It was good stay, clean rooms only problem is the way towards the stay is steel slope.

It is located down in the village so approach towrd hotel is not easy and convenient. Road is very narrow and under construction. Family which take care this property are good and try hard to make your stay peaceful.

Neat and clean room and manager was very nice, supportive & helpful. Hot water is available in morning time. Even manager told me they can give hot water night time also if we needed. Overall experience was very nice.

Located in a calm area near to main road. Neat and clean room and care taker with a good nature. You can have and good breakfast and tea coffee in room or in common dining table.

People there are so nice, supportive & helpful but just one minor issue is with the location because it’s little bit down the steep hill but that doesn’t really matter because stay was good food was homely and especially people were very nice and helpful
