there was water spreaded over staircase all the time looks like overhed tank was leak, though they are swiping it frequently, bad odour was there in passage. Room was not clean up to the mark, particularly door mat was too much dirty, bathroom fittings was not proper & lack of hot water availability for bath

Location good. Rest all i.e Fod, amenities and services are terrible. Property is not properly maintained. I spend 6500 INR per day for the room but room worth hardly 2000 Rs.

In hotel rooms as per tarrif is not good as per the tarrif the fare should be around 2000 only bcoc there is no facility in hotels as well as I changed the room once also but then also there is a problem in the hotel.

Location is best, no doubt. Brealfast also was really good, we enjoyed it. But rooms were not that hood, rooms were ok. They should lool after the property.

Not good hotel so small size room no cleanliness properly also not good food is so bad taste I do not came again in this hotel.

I have travelled from Pune to mahabaleshwar due to early train & they have denied check-in upon multiple requests they have allowed by taking extra money. also,they have not served breakfast it was included in the package

Good property but needs to be renovated and should have been informed regarding ongoing renovation work. Location wise really good as it is attached to the main mahabaleshwar market.

The old reviews had be second doubting why did i even book this place. But it wasn't that bad. The people as seen in the comments are not rude or anything. The place was neat, although the carpets were old. The bed and sheets were all well maintained, i have no complaints on cleanliness as such. It was a decent stay and the veg food for breakfast was good too. The place is under renovation and will probably be better next time you visit

No cleness no management no maintenance bakwaas

Cleanlyness was a major issue in the village. Also i had to call them 3-4 times for cleaning. Both the days wifi didn't work.

Nice clean room, fully functional a/c, house keeping was exceloent. Each and every staff was helpful, room service was ok. Should get tea at 7 am. We as a couple enjoyed every moment of it.

Best thing is, it is located in the market, foodie people will like it but if u want peaceful location it's not for u. Room are clean but required renovation as it is very old structure. Staff is very humble and helpful. There is garden for children which is normally used for car parking, swimming is non operational hence this hotel is not suitable for couples with children.

Very bad experience, creepy hotel. The bathroom amenities were broken, it felt like an abandon hotel. Thanks to chandni the mm t agent she helped me move to another hotel.

The rooms were not maintained and clean. Fans were dirty, walls were covered with spit marks. When we asked for change of rooms manager refused and lied that no other rooms were available when the site still showed they had other rooms. After no resolve, when i finally complained thru mmt, room was changed but managers were rude throughout the stay. Especially the gm of the hotel was moving around as if he was obliging us by letting us stay at the hotel.

Hotel location is very good. It is in main market. Hotel room is cleaned but out side room is not properly cleaned. Need to improve in cleaning in this area. Staff is very good and cooperative

Initially we got the room which is very old and bad in condition. Where any on can’t stay after we requesting the management they deny to offer other room. Ac was not working hence they shifted at 11. 30 pm at night to economy room which has very low coast we paid the money for cottage. Hence we have very terrible experience in this hotel. We recommend don’t stay here

It was not a good stay at all. The bed and blankets were not clean and view of the room that was given was also not good. Overall not a good experience
