Property was at a good location near the market. The facilities included wifi, tv, hot water etc which were made for a comfortable stay. The owner was very friendly and was generous to bring the food for us to our room even with heavy rain outside. Overall, a positive stay.

The hotel is just behind the main mahabaleshwar market. The staff is good. Best service provided. Value for monday. Cleaning and hygienic good. Overall I got a good experience at this price. Will go next time in the same hotel.

There was disturbing noise n loud music just beside the room and we couldn't sleep till 2am. We complained about it but hotel management was not able to do anything.

My stay experience at treebo its y- the hill retrea

familyI had a stay at treebo its y hill retreat for 2 days only. During the stay i found that first of all the location of the hotel was not good since it was in the middle of the narrow congested street, which resulted in parking of own vehicle. But i am thankful to the caretaker of the hotel who has made my vehicle parked at the entrance only but putting extra efforts from his end. Further, i was allotted the room on 3rd floor without having any lift facility, the rooms were too small to adjust yourself and your luggage. On the other hand, complimentary breakfast was satisfactory and as per choice of the traveller. The rooms were neat and clean. Only caretaker was managing cleanliness and other service for all the rooms which i feel is injustice for the role. More staff should be deployed. Around 200m from the hotel you can find the mahabaleshwar market which is very good. Special thanks to the courteous and helpful behaviour of caretaker.

Overall, it's a budget-friendly stay that offers good value. Mr. Yusuf was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. familyThis was my one of the worst staying experience till date. There are many unpleasant aspects about this stay. 1. The locality of hotel is the middle of city but the surrounding area is unpleasant. 2. The bathrooms were in poor condition- leaking, no space, not hygenic. 3. They do not have a restaurant, which means they say that breakfast is included but the only option they provide is a poha and tea. Which means 500 rs additional given for poha only. 4. They dont give complimentary bottled water (at least at the time of checking. It is chargeable every time. 5. Not a value for money stay the only good thing was the caretaker who tried his best to maintain the property despite these shortcomings.

I wont recommend anyone this hotel for a stay because 1. Stay was poor. 2. No parking space for vehicle at all. 3. You have to struggle a lot to park your vehicle. 4. Hotel is situated in clumpsy area where you don't want to be around. 5. Rooms are not as shown in pictures. 7. No hot water at all 8. Only good thing i found about hotel is care-take yousuf is supportive and helpful.
