Really loved the rooms and stay and location compared to other stays, spacious resort and villa like stay

It was a terrible experience. The resort is not all at maintained it stinks and the room reek of stinky smell because of no maintenance and cleanliness. The bathrooms are so small and poorly maintained. The pictures are old and the resort is not at all as its shown in the pictures on the site Experience was terrible. The whole resort is under maintenance. The rooms were stinky and not maintained and honestly felt very unhygienic. Even the washrooms in the room were small and in a terrible condition. No amenities were usuable such as swimming pool and lawn area. Nothing like its shown in the picture. Would not recommend anyone to go here. Terrible property, and very poorly maintained

Hotel facilities are not good.... provided old towel, room not cleaned properly, hot water not coming in early morning, highly suppogation inside the room ..overall not good

Property is average to use as it is old property, pictures which are shown are of new property when it was built, staff is insufficient and mainly they don’t give room service after 11 pm in the night, whether electricity goes or T V doesn’t works or Hot water doesn’t comes in the bathroom, they says service is closed now, will see it tomorrow morning. This is something strange, when we expect about hospitality. Thanks 🙏

Resort is not maintained . Rooms are very old. Bathroom Sealing is leaking. Food is average . Location of hotel is good

Room was literally very untidy.Towels were also used.Room were smelly.kettle was also having fungas from inside.lighting was not there for 3-4 hours.Room were booked was deluxe but the room we stayed was standard.Swimming pool was full of dirtiness.How can you refer such a bad room to clients.when we aksed for othere room there was no action from theirside.Had very bad experience

The photos of resort is all fake they are old photos and resort have not been maintained from a long time. No wifi network. Complete interior is old and not comfortable to stay. They give old towels to use which looks like dusting cloth. Pool is also not functional. Only positive is external garden which is good to take some photos. Do not justify with the price asked.

Very bad smell room condition is not good and water problem. Totally not good.

The ceiling of the room has fallen. so they allotted different room but that room was so small to accomodate 2+2

Write about how courteous or rude the staff was, whether the staff was timely in handling requests, and definitely comment about how clean the maids got the room

The worst experience ever and never got refund back inspite of checking out within 1 hour. Dirty place

The overall experience was pathetic, the hotel is not well kept, the service is pathetic. Unless you are out of options one should book this facility. Will never recommend anyone. Very unhygienic place.

Rooms are too small bathroom even smaller. Below average restaurants not worth the price. Below average hygiene basics like ac remote not working / bathroom cleaning was poor

We experienced our worse stay ever at this property. Just a property nothing else there. So better not willing to describe more. Better you can remove this property's name from your list.

The location was good, but the room condition was bad. There was black spots on the all walls of the room. I booked the hotel just because of the pool and the play zone for kids. But the pool was so dirty, i asked them to clean the pool 2-3 times but they didn't. There was algae in the pool. And the play zone was closed.
