Food was ok room with jacuzzi was nice but I am not suggested anyone to go it’s totally average we are not happy

Excellent stay no need of AC in the Deluxe.Impressed by the hospitality and helpful peoples just the pool was under maintenance overall goid

Best spot to stay in mahabaleshwar. forest view will give you the excellent experience.. highly recommend

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were good looking. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite. The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of you and your staff from the planning stage till the end of our retreat. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but accepted.

The property was not worth the price, hot water was not available, was served bad quality food and the breakfast was really terrible. I would never recommend the property to anyone. Just one good thing the staff was humble.

Paid much higher price

as price room was not pleasant very bad service no hot water at day time even at night no dental kit given very cheap room size of room was very small jakuzi not working properly swimming pool was not good was pricewise service is ao cheap

The staff was co operative, but basement room are not clean, and not good for stay, so much rat nuisance over there. breakfast are included but food quality was average for taste. when I asked tissue paper the staff denied to given and rudely said we not provided tissue paper on breakfast. plates, bowls and glass was so much unclean and dusty. surrounding view are good. toiletries not provided as per description. hot water only available on limited time.

It was great, the rooms were good and clean, and the service was good. The location was always vibing.

The stay was good, The amenities were good, But the worst thing was that the food quality was not as per expectation and the rates were to high. The service provider especially the food provider was rudely.

Hospitality is very poor… how it’s discribed in pictures its not like that.. weste of money.. restaurant is closed, breakfast quality is very poor, swimming pool is also very small and dirty..rooms furniture is also like lodging.. even they dont have indoor games.. parking space is not there.prices are like 5 star hotels and it doesn’t deserve even 2 star. Not setisfied at all.. total weste of money..

Very bad experience for hot water. Inspite of calling them several times we had to bath in cold water in 20 deg C early morning. They even didn't pick up the call.

location was good but food was awful. The place is under construction. Amenities and were there. Staff was slow in responding.

the location is good but the service part of this resort is pretty poor, there is no intercom services. also there was some interior work was ongoing makeing so much noice.

Cons : Bathroom was stinky all the time, no dental kit, soap, moisturizer provided, poor wifi connection no wifi inside the room only outside the room wifi was working, i have complaint it but no luck, no intercom facility, every time need to go outside the room and search for room service, damaged tv installed on room, multiple spots patches on bathroom mirror, hot water supply only in morning time, room insulation was bad, voice going outside from room, cheap quality curtains used, not matching to the room asthetic, my room was lower wing, when I checked in then realised there was no good view from room or window, I could not understand the means lower wing during the booking, they have used all good views pics only in their room selection options not the actual one.

Property is small ,yet cosy. Room service was good. Staff is polite and helpful. Need to improve on food .There was construction going on,so it was a bit disturbing.

It was good hotel with a bathtub other than that it was pretty average. No view what so ever from my room since it is a low budget room i guess. Breakfast was good taste and dinner as well. No thanks
