It was good. Location is good. There is one valley right behind this hotel. Reception is polite. Electricity gets off frequently. Silent place not much crowded. It's on main road. 7kms before from mahabaleshwar. All points are nearby. When you go more inside you will find huge traffic so better stay these kind of hotels. Restaurants nearby are good. I preferred veg. Overall good experience. But food is too costly.

Location was fabulous as it was on main road to Mahabaleshwar panchgani accessible to all locations to go around, food was good but little expensive, caretakers were cooperative, hygiene was ok, good safety standards. Overall nice experience. Thanks Shivas valley and Oyo a nice vacation

Do not date to book this hotel, you will definitely regret. We want to mahabaleshwar in the rainy season check-in to the hotel around 1pm ist, as the weather is damn cold we requested for hot water. Hotel management reply blew my mind, they said " it is 1pm ist we cannot provide hot water and also we well provided hit water only from 6am ist to 11am ist, what surprised me the most is checkin time of hotel it self is at 12pm ist. So i have asked them if anyone traveling from long like us and directly wanted to check in after 12pm what's their situation, they replied they have to bath with cold water as they are using solar pannel for hot water. and in parallel we requested for basic needs like towel soap room freshener and requested to clean rooms as well. Nothing has been done by management, that's another story. Don't opt for it.

I had booked 3 rooms and i expect the hotel to have clean and hygienic rooms but the rooms had foul smell, one of the room smelled full of cigarettes. They provide hot water only in morning time, didn’t had gysers installed in the bathrooms individually. Lot of cockroaches. Bedsheets, comforters and towels had stains and when asked to change they said they only had similar sheets and towels. Would never go to this place again

The location is located on the main road of panchgani mahabaleshwar and the rooms and service provided was appreciable. I loved the service and rooms provided.

No parking space available. Room not available on time. Manger asked to wait for 1. 30 hours for checkin. Toilets and bathroom not cleaned properly. No towels, handwash available. Hot water not available on first day. Not provided water bottle also. Overall experience is poor. Same issue raised to make my trip. But make my trip also yet not responded. So poor response from make my trip also.

Parking issue, they don't provide tissue rolls in the toilet, bathroom floor was slippery my wife fell down badly & got injured, the whole hotel is running by only 1 manager & 2 staff. When asked for soap kit the second day but they didn't provide. Breakfast issues & etc.

Rooms don't have any views, closed from surrounding building so no fresh air, sunlight. For every basic things you need to call. Room tv with no balance. Found some cockroaches.

Everything was very nice, staff was good, very clean n peaceful place.

1. Hotel was booked in the morning. After reaching late evening, the manager says all rooms are booked. Another hotel was given by mmt which was like a hostel. No hot water and no wifi and it was a cheap hotel than which was booked earlier. Worst experience ever. This is the second time such thing has happened. Who will compensate the time lost and also money. Was a regular mmt customer. Won't book henceforth from mmt.

The stop was very rude and water facility was not available deluxe room where not given to us experience was not good where it is appointed with the stay. Staff*

My stay in Shiva’s Valley is good. It is a good budget hotel in that locality. Good parking place is available. Many visiting places are within 5km range. Hotel staffs are good and supportive 👍

Won't recommend this property for a couple to stay, those whose love hygiene also stay away from this property. No ventilation in room, no proper housekeeping of the property as well as the rooms and washrooms, linen not clean, service staff not groomed.
