The stay was average, the room service was quite average, you ask for tea and they forget to bring it (happened thrice). The location is good as it is near the Mahabaleshwar market but other than that no USP

Dear MakeMyTrip Team, I recently booked a hotel through your app and noticed that the listed prices were significantly higher than the actual rates of the same hotel rooms. Although discounts were shown during booking, the final amount charged was still more expensive compared to the hotel’s real price. This creates a misleading impression of savings while in reality customers end up paying more. Rooms not upto the mark and breakfast is disappointing.

Nice building, breakfast also good and service was very nice. Good reception, only the elevator was not working. Some repairing work was going on....

Property’s food, room service, facilities are excellent

Hotel Shreyas was really good stay wise and also staff were polite. Hygiene is maintained and property is also situated near market.i really enjoyed my stay and would like to visit again...Thanks for wonderful hospitality

Rooms are good and clean but if you look for hospitality services, it’s worst . Food was good and located just infront of highway

Rooms- Room was very spacious and balcony had ample space with chairs and table. Amenities- Games room was a good fun for my kids and they really enjoyed. Had karaoke music, table tennis and badminton for grown ups. PS4 and pool available with nominal charges. Food- Quality of food is amazing. Ambience- It is very good. Staff- Very polite, friendly and responsive staff.

Our stay experience was awesome, the campus itself is so beautiful that you won’t want to leave it. They have pool, spa and all. The only factor that disappointed me was the food. It was HELL LOT OF EXPENSIVE WITH NOT SO GOOD TASTE. Sayali restaurant (in house restaurant) was good. The another in house restaurant SHREYAS RESTAURANT was so bad!

excellent hotel to stay with family. we have enjoyed a lot with their playroom . also the food at hotel is topclass.. highly recommend for families .

Location is very much central. best part is all options veg, nonveg, bar are available in hotel.(found it important as non veg and alcohol is rare to be found in mahabaleshwar resorts😃). overall satisfactory stay.
