We stayed at this villa the experiance was not good. Waste of money also the rooms were not clean and room service was not available we have to continuously call the caretaker.

No proper accomdation..also not mentioned proper sharing..no proper care taker available..hotwater not avilable

I booked this property in Mahabaleshwar through MakeMyTrip and it turned out to be the worst stay of my life. We arrived at the gate and waited two full hours in heavy rain because it was locked. The contact number provided rang 20‑25 times with no answer. Only after calling MakeMyTrip for help did I receive a cook’s number. He finally came and opened the gate while my family and I sat drenched in the car. We checked in at 5 p.m.—exhausted and hungry—only to be told there was no food available on‑site. We had to go back out in the rain to buy dinner ourselves. SaffronStays offered no support whatsoever during our stay. The cook, Mr Shailesh, was extremely rude and spoke to us disrespectfully. The next morning, despite the continued downpour, we were ordered to check out by 10 a.m. because “all rooms are booked.” Under pressure we left by 11 a.m., soaked and unhappy. This experience ruined our Mahabaleshwar trip. Terrible communication, zero hospitality, and outright rude staff. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

neat and clean, peaceful atmosphere for a family vaccination

This was my second time at horizon 360. Despite telling them last time about cleanliness and hygiene of rooms this issue is overlooked. The property is not cleaned properly at all including rooms. And with this condition it won’t last long. The toilet had excreta when i checked in. The bathroom floor was muddy. The food later became too oily. The kitchen is very unclean. The condition is really bad. After this second time i won’t be coming again. Saffron stays needs to look into this seriously.

the picture are misleading & after 10 pm no one will stay from hotel team don't book this villa . no tv in room 1 tv for common use parking is horrible mosquito in the room & toilet they dont give u refund also

Property is good. Staff is co-operative. Slient and clam place to stay and also surrounded with greeneires. Only issue is road is very stiff and no lights on the road. It is near to market so that's good part

It offers you a great company as peaceful accommodation on top of the hill surrounding jungle, where it serves your purpose as adults, kids, individuals and groups. Great location near mahabaleshwar market, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are really very helpful. This place can accommodate 10 person as it has 5 room also offers room for extra persons by providing extra beds. Rooms are spacious and no words for the hall and dining. It has a huge space where we had a great time and would like to recommend this place to spend quality time with your loved ones.
