La Serene Resort & Spa

It was a pleasant stay Staff , service and facilities were excellent quite upto the mark Only issue was swimming pool it was too small and not very clean . Crazy tanning after swimming . So avoided it . Food was a mixed bag . Chinese was excellence rest was ok . Mahabaleshwar’s favourite cream icecream was very bad . Amazing part of food was breakfast buffet- wide range and it was tasty too . Would definitely try it next time Hope the management listens to these feedback . Thank you

I had a wonderful stay at this property. It offers beautiful views and is conveniently located right by the main road. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the food was quite good. One of the best parts is that the entry point to the main attractions in Mahabaleshwar is just opposite the property, making it very easy to explore the area.

Property was Good , and on Road, in between the Main Locations Panchgani and Mahableshwar. Breakfast was Complimentary with Variety of Options. Ordered Lunch and Dinner Food Was also best. Staff is Good. In house activities and Indoor Games were available free of cost. Very Decent Property for Family Stay.

We booked superior queen room for a day. The room was good and clean. The staff is helpful. There is nice pool and play area for kids. The breakfast spread is good and overall food is good. The property is located on main road. Overall good experience.

It was amazing with the rooms and the hospitality with security of the area. Swimming pool can surely be improved as it was not warm plus less clean. Instead of valley windows they can use balconies. Their food is amazing, I loved it.

Property is quite good and maintained. Rooms needed few repairs though. Staff was very much helpful. Main drawback of the property is no mobile network connectivity. So be aware of it and then only book the rooms. Food was good.

Good place to stay. Clean rooms and good service. It has a beautiful garden for kids to play around. Overall one of the best places for the price you pay.
