Staff, Food and the facilities of the property were excellent.

I had a comfortable stay at La Serene Resort. The hotel provides thoughtful complimentary items like toiletries, a small comb, and room slippers, which was a nice gesture. The toilet was super clean and well maintained, which added to the comfort of the stay. The breakfast spread was also impressive with plenty of options. The staff were polite and very accommodating, and the swimming pool was well maintained. However, there should be a safety signboard near the pool area to prevent any accidental slips, especially for children and elderly guests. One suggestion for improvement is that staff should thoroughly check the room before handing it over to guests. In my case, the double curtains were missing, but once I informed them, they immediately arranged and fixed it, which I really appreciated. Another drawback is that the common amenity room was not well maintained and had a noticeable smell. Also, during the rainy season, the resort does not provide outdoor fire arrangements for warmth even when it is not raining, which could be improved for guests who prefer sitting outdoors in cooler weather. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good hospitality, and with a few improvements, it can become an even better experience.

The property service excels the expectations from the perspective of food, location and facilities. The property seems smaller than in the photographs on the website. The property maintenance is great and the people at the property are very helpful. We had a safe and enjoyable stay.

Although check in was delayed due to some large group delaying their checkout, it was compensated by providing late checkout to us. Overall the stay and service is good. Restaurant food is a hit or a miss. The taste of food ordered to the room was flat, but the complimentary breakfast tasted fresh and was surprisingly pleasing

I found the room to be unclean—the walls and bed sheets were dirty, and the room didn’t feel fresh. I’m really disappointed with this resort, especially after paying a significant amount expecting better vibes and a refreshing experience.

not worth staying in la serene rooms wer small and no balcony, spa was closed ,swimming pool was open and not cleaned , I do not prefer staying again , I lost my belonging and did not get back by staff as I called after 4 days,

No Hospitality. Rude staff and pics don’t match the accommodation that exists. Very unhygienic and breakfast buffet was also upsetting.

Very nice resort at a great location which is close to both venna lake and lingmala waterfall and kates point really helpful and cordial staff , restaurant had lots of food options with quick service, recommend the dal tadka, its fabulous, overall a really great place which really adds to the wholesome experience of mahabaleshawar

We are just married couple booked from.MMT after seing best reviews.. but I found it Overpriced .provided unhygenic towels also area is very small and mainly you have to pay 300 just to reach at main market its very far from.market 50 percent discounted properties were available when I inquired there completely waste of money..

I had a wonderful stay at this property. It offers beautiful views and is conveniently located right by the main road. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the food was quite good. One of the best parts is that the entry point to the main attractions in Mahabaleshwar is just opposite the property, making it very easy to explore the area.

we booked a stay at le serene and spa, mahabaleshwar for 1 day. The ambience is good and the food is delicious.

Property is quite good and maintained. Rooms needed few repairs though. Staff was very much helpful. Main drawback of the property is no mobile network connectivity. So be aware of it and then only book the rooms. Food was good.

Location of property is good. It's on main road however all the rooms and outdoor space is limited. Rooms doesn't have privacy and not outstanding. Food taste and quality is good. Hence overall avg stay
