Cloudmist Resort and Spa

Our stay here was excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is also very good. The location is also really good and justifies the hotel name.

We stayed at Cloudmist Resort and Spa from 15th August to 17th August 2025. We has taken the Superior room with vallet view. The location and view was awesome. However, the maintenance of the resort was very poor. The rooms were clean but the ceiling was damp and could see water droplets there, though it didn't leak or drip. The furniture was in bad shape, very old and not repaired or cleaned. Furnishing was okay, clean and changed as per request. The breakfast area was not clean, there were cockroaches all over the dining area, some were flying. Food options in ala carte as well as breakfast buffet was very limited.

The location of the property is very good. The rooms provided was stinking badly. The food quality of the hotel is below average. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also not up to the quality and taste. There was a totally messed up restaurant with no hygiene and cleaning. Restaurant staff was also not professional and quick. Alcoholic drinks were also being served openly to the group of people without caring of other guests in the property. Overall experience of the property is below average.

Cloud Mist was the best Resort. The cleanliness & resort staff was amazing. Beautiful view from the balcony. Everything was fantastic. I will definitely recommend my friends to definitely visit the Cloud Mist Resort.

Beside view .. nothing is there in resort .. no game zone .. food was also not good and rooms were very small

highly disappointing experience at a hotel booked through your platform. The stay was unacceptable on multiple fronts, and the property failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, service, and amenities. 1. No staff was available to assist with luggage; we had to carry everything ourselves. 2. Hotel staff were unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality training. 3. The location on Google Maps was incorrect; it took over an hour to find the actual hotel, which was located elsewhere. 4. The room size was much smaller than advertised and did not match the listing photos. 5. There was no power backup; we experienced frequent power cuts with no assistance or resolution. 6. Electricity disconnected multiple times during our stay. 7. Cockroaches were found in the wardrobe and toilet area, which was extremely unhygienic. 8. The toilet was dirty and had not been cleaned properly. 9. Floors were constantly wet and slippery, creating a safety hazard. 10. The hotel entrance was dirty and poorly maintained. 11. Hot water was only available until 10 a.m., which is inconvenient for guests. 12. Internet service was poor and unreliable throughout the stay. 13. The TV was non-functional, as no channel subscription had been purchased. 14. There was no toilet paper provided in the bathroom. 15. No handwash or soap was available in the bathroom, which is a basic necessity. 16. ⁠Room lock was not working; we had to keep the room open for 2 days, even while we travelled out of the hotel, posing a serious security risk. This experience has caused significant discomfort and was not aligned with the standards expected from a booking made through MakeMyTrip. The listing was misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the property.

Location and food were good. However, place is quite unhygienic. Rooms are more like dirty lodge. Even swimming pool and other amenities were dirty too. So, overall this property is not worthy at this price.

The location is Superb.. Slight walk to reach the hotel from the main road when you come by Bus early in the morning.. If less baggage and young persons is adjustable. However if there are Elderly persons who are opting for a stay then the best is to reach by your own Vehicle. Rest all is very good..

The food is OK. The location is excellent but the hygiene is not maintained.

No maintenance of property , broken tiles, stinking bathroom, get ready for mosquito bites face in the morning, torn bed sheets and linens, scrap indoor games with all broken articles, broken ac , pathetic access road, overall very poor

Very poorly maintained property! The maintenance of the property is very bad, the staff is not at all professional and the overall cleanliness of the property is terrible. The one and only decent part of this property is the view from the balcony. Apart from it there is nothing good about the hotel. The breakfast is pathetic, and the quality of food is very very average. You can see dirt everywhere in the premises, you might even see cockroaches. Overall I won't recommend this hotel to anyone unless they refurbish the property a bit, maintain proper cleanliness and employ some professional staff.

Our stay was not as what we expected 1. Food was above average 2. Location - it is little difficult to reach property since you have one small road .. so at time only one car can pass. 3. Facilities- poorly maintain, spa person come on demand to spa..room was smelling of urine..it was unpleasant..not a regular spa they have on demand spa.. 4. Last but not the list- hygiene was an issue.. rooms have stains on the floor , property areas not clean on regular basis, they are severely under staff or their staff is not trained in hospitality industry.. lot of fixture in room broken . Our intercom was not working..and so on.. the price which we paid was very costly as compared to service.. over all 2 stars would suffice..
