We would like to clarify that regular pest control is conducted on our property. However, being located in a forested area, occasional insect sightings can occur despite our best efforts. We also provide extension boards upon request for guest convenience, and we regret this was not communicated clearly during your stay. Regarding the power outages, we understand how frustrating they can be. Unfortunately, these disruptions are due to external issues from the electricity board (MSEB), which are beyond our control, though we are exploring backup solutions to minimize guest discomfort. We appreciate your feedback on the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and have taken it seriously. Our housekeeping and maintenance teams have been instructed to review and improve these areas immediately.
