Mangalam resort in tapola is excellent. I am satisfied with location, resort, food and staff behaviour. If you want peaceful environment then go for it.

Super location. Brilliant hospitality. Very neat and clean considering the hostile weather conditions during peak monsoon. Food was also good and homely. One can take a small trek down to the river directly from the resort. Overall a great stay. And the route from pune to tapola in the heavy monsoons is fabulous. Recommended.

The surrounding area and location is good, staff behaved in very well mannered. But they don't have electricity power back up and electricity was on and off most of the time. Also they can have hot water only if it is working as per solar, they can have electric geyser in the rooms

Excellent location, right on the river bed and sunset view is fabulous. You can walk down to the river bed from the hotel itself. The staff members are cooperative.

Stay was good. There was electricity cut problem. Ac room was not available.

It was mentioned in your mail that resort is serving only veg meals, but when we stayed there then came to know they serve non veg food also even they are using same kitchen for cooking. Also there is no indoor games available with the resort.

Cottage is clean and nice. Staff is very helpful and cooperative. Food is delicious. View from cottage is beautiful and mesmerizing.

We had very good stay along with great quality of food and services provided by staff.

Rooms were clean and hygienic. Towels provided were stinking. View is superb from the rooms location. Not much activities to be done at resort. Nothing is inlcuded in package like kayaking, boating etc. Food quality is worst.

We travelled as a family, end of Dec 22 to Mangalya resort for a stay for a couple of days. Opted for the deluxe non AC room. The room is comfortable and size is good enough for a family of 3. The resort is located closer to the river and has a very good view. The variety and quality of food is very good. The resort provides kayaking and boating facilities at a cost. There are other boat clubs available within a radius of a km. Overall a good and enjoyable stay.

The resort is situated nearly 40 kms away from Mahabaleshwar so it was really relaxing to spend some quality time after the visit to crowded location in Mahabaleshwar. Situated in the bank of the lake offer boating also. The rooms were good and clean. Food was excellent.

Food, wifi and the washroom were the issues we faced.

Wi-Fi / Internet was not at all working so missed few important meeting which was mandatory to attend. The owner should be aware that INTERNET is a basic facility & should be readily available to the occupant. The rest of the things were good & well managed. The staff was cooperative.
