VITS Panchgani

The stay was ok. Food quality was not good. There was stone in my food and the manager didn’t cared about it no action was taken.

It was an absolute great experience in VITS. The staff and management is too good , food is too good and the location is superb. The infinity pool is superb the view and all. I highly recommended to stay in VITS you have no regret.

I visited with my mom and had an amazing experience here. The view from our room was pretty, and the staff was very friendly and empathetic. The hotel is perfect for families, and a special thanks goes to Mr. Rakesh for ensuring we had a wonderful stay. I had originally planned to stay for just one day, but I ended up extending it for another because of how much my mom liked it :) One of the best hotels in panchgani

Food was delicious. But stay was average.

Terrible experience with the bathroom, taps were broken, hot water was not coming properly it was getting leaked at various places, no hand wash, commode seat was broken. Not enough items at buffet breakfast.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Location- worst, not able to see valley view properly. Food -more worst, charges are like 5 star hotel but no taste and small portion. Amenities-wifi not working properly, no space for parking, Pool is ok but bot that good, electricity fluctuation continuously, no instant back up of electricity if goes off, small playing area, morning breakfast quantity is so low that at one point they said it is finished now. Services- just one word poorest. Tip-Don't get fool by online images and fake reviews. Choose wisely.

this is a very old property, not really well maintained unfortunately, all those staff are very good and cooperative, food was average. location is good.

Rude reception boy, no complimentary items served, very confined 10*10 rooms for super deluxe category, restricted view, lack of basics, no chair no bucket in bathroom, no refill of water bottles, you have to ask for everything. we booked because of name of VITS but disappointed with rooms and staff. breakfast was good, play area is good. don't go with swimming pool photos, it is for kids, very small.

Property has an amazing valley view.. Food was good.. Staff was very Co-operative and humble.. Only drawback was the rooms were not up to the mark.. We had booked two super Deluxe rooms and both the rooms had different dimensions.. One was big and the other one was small.. The lock of my room was even broken and looked like a temporary arrangement.. Bathroom fittings were also different in both the rooms..

The hotel is decent with clean rooms. Do not expect a VITS experience because it is a hotel acquired by VITS recently. The staff is courteous and the rooms are clean. Food is delicious. Ample parking with parking assistance. Cons- The location is off and far from tourist attractions. The hotel is undergoing renovation. The restaurant staff can be increased as during the breakfast the service was slow and people had to wait for things to be refilled.

The Location and parking of the Hotel were easy to find even the food of the hotel was average, but the rooms were not as what we expected. Super delux rooms were also small in size and no proper bathing area was provided. Also the windows had developed rusting and furniture was smelly and torned. I had booked AC room but the ac was not working, when we saw outside the wires of the AC was removed purposely so that we couldnt use AC

The hotel's hospitality was very good. The staff was prompt and quick to serve us. The terrace pool was extremely beautiful...in all we had a very good experience..

I had a late night checkin and the hotel staff welcomed us and had prepared dinner even after the kitchen had closed. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was humble and helpful, The best part was the rooftop infinity pool with a fantastic view!

Location is good. But the room size is very small,and needs to improve in cleanliness and maintenance. Amenities were not up to the standard. Breakfast was average. Swimming pool was very small and not maintained.Game zone was not up to standards

We stayed in the Super Deluxe room at Vits Panchgani and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, and the window offered a beautiful view, which really added to the charm of the stay. The washroom, however, could have been a bit cleaner — this is one area where there’s room for improvement. We had opted for the complimentary lunch, but the service was quite slow, likely because there was only one chef available at the time. The swimming pool, located on the 2nd floor, was a highlight. With a depth of 4.5 ft and a lovely view, it was a great place to relax. The staff deserves a special mention — they were extremely polite and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. With a few small improvements, this place can offer an even better experience. Would still recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

VITS needs to look at maintenance properly The room was clean, food quality was also good but The intercom was not working, the swimming pool was not clean.... the AC remote was not working properly staff were good and cooperative
