The Experience was amazing it's away from city buzz at the back waters of koyna river. The owner's are extremely sweet and caring and made sure we had an amazing stay. Kaka and Kaki both are very sweet to talk and we shared laughter and talks with them. The food is one of the Bestest I have ever had in a hotel. It's home cooked by locals in the village nearby and taste is Amazing simply beautiful. All the vegetables are grown in house in the farm. If you want an escape from hustling city life it's highly recommended to be here

Pros: rooms were nice and clean. An excellent view of the surrounding hills and river from the river facing rooms. Helpful staff. Cons: approach roads not in a good condition. Navigating within the resort is difficult due to absence of a proper pathway and steps. Limited options for food and inflexible timings.

Excellent stay. Please visit post monsoon. It’s a mesmerising experience and view. Rooms are clean and well maintained . Privacy is apt . Property is very well maintained. The food is finger licking delicious.

The property is in the mountain bed and is surrounded by trees and natural jungle. Excellent view in and around. Home made food is amazing. 5 star for food. Simple and yum. Though road is little off beat and you will required to take car ferry as well on d way. But it's worth it and is super fun.

It is one of the best experience we have had. The location is nestled in the buffer zone of the Koyna Wild life sanctuary and is virtually cutoff from all city hustles… the cottages are very good and comfortable. The food delicious and the hospitality is beyond expectations.

Property was good however it was in a remote location, and there was no wifi network in our room and the roads were pretty bad. Food was good, bit expensive but food was organic. Overall it was a good experience and was a good break from the busy urban lifestyle
