Worst stay ever, there are leeches everywhere and even in room to get into room you have to do mini trek, strongly avoid it

Location was not perfect in rainy season. Very bad road to reach hotel from connecting road. Room was ok ok but not an ideal in such budget. Not recommended in rainy season

Stay was good and location is also at great place but road to the stay is bad and had to take steps. During rainy it was slippery

Experience was Ok. Place is very beautiful. Sheets towels pillows were not clean bathroom door was flimsy and room service was not provided daily. These were the drawbacks I noticed. Extremely Beautiful Location with Personalised attending

From main road till hotel it’s a challenge for some people but after reaching hotel, the view was worth it, food is good, service is good and average amenities

The rooms are clean but not that sturdy, but the valley view worth watching. The breakfast is also average.

Worst experience except the scenic view. All the information you see at the time of booking for this stay is wrong like 24 hrs hot water, water quality was so bad, bar, tv, room service, food quality was pathetic and they charge for it like 5 star hotel. Overall just don't go there if you are going with family

The most remarkable experience was the location. We can experience the valley from the property. The food both veg and non veg was delicious. We took our both pets, dog and a rabbit and it was difficult to manage the golden retriever but we enjoyed. Both our children also enjoyed their stay. We also did a bit of adventure, by climbing down a bit which provided great view and we clicked many photos. Room is also fine.

I was really a very nice place with nice view. Also the helper staff umesh was really nice and helpful. My dog also enjoyed a lot.

To reach the property, you need to travel about 300metres from the main road on a kachcha road, which has width for 1 vehicle. Parking in the parking lot also needs some skill. After getting off the vehicle, you need to walk around 80 steps downwards to the property. Spacious rooms in a cottage. Not luxurious, but we enjoyed this facility more than a 3star, even the steps, and the kachcha road. A friendly host, his patient associate Umesh. Not many items in the Menu, but what ever we ordered were very tasty. Vinyl sheet floor. Do not say you miss an kit here A beautiful courtyard, a view to the mountain slopes, to the elephant point, the river etc. Bordering a small strawberry farm. Two homely jhoolas. They have a boiler to provide hot water in the mornings. It would have been a wrong decision to stay in the city, as we saw crowded parking spaces there. Good Wifi. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

I traveled with my dog and i enjoyed thoroughly. This place is a heaven for whom, who is looking for peace and want to enjoy staying with nature. The vew from the property is supb i don't think so anything else is required to stay in mahabaleshwar as you came here to enjoy nature and beauty of vally. Food test is excellent, reasonable and healthy. All staff was well mannered and helpful. Specially umesh.

You may not get the luxury of a 5 start hotel but if you are a nature lover, just go for it. View is pretty awesome 🤩

The view is unique, best place to relax. Suggested to visit. Not convinced for old people as it's outscurt and need to walk stairs.
