Review Of Hollywood Palace Resort

Our stay was truly exceptional and thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish. The service provided by the staff was outstanding; everyone was attentive, professional, and made us feel incredibly welcome. The facilities were well-maintained and contributed significantly to a comfortable and relaxing break. We appreciated the peaceful ambiance and the high standards of cleanliness throughout the property. Overall, it was a fantastic choice, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant experience.

We dont feel secure at all, door doesnt lock properly. Screws coming out of from gallery door and food was ok ok.

I have booked one that is super deluxe and the other one is a family suite room for 6 people, before check in I have called the property owner to inform about our booking at that time he said booking is confirmed for both rooms, but when we reached at the hotel he said super deluxe room is not available due to ongoing painting work, your have to adjust your self in one family suite. I have paid the separate charges for both rooms and we only got one. This is not acceptable at all. Also there are lots of electricity issues, no range for wifi in the room, recharge not done to TV... OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE FOR US😒☹️

This property is awesome for the nature lovers. So soothing experience in the middle of the cloudes, feels like you are staying in cloudes. Staff is very good and you will not get disappointed. If you want a calm place along with a kinda party with your loved once, this place is highly recommended. Will not think twice for this resort for my next trip to panchgani again.
