Rahi hotel - not good service, very bar staff and improper maintenance and poor services.

Very poor toilet. Not hygienic

Though main manager of the hotel was sensitive, the staff directly dealing with us was very insensitive e.g. we were asked to change the room in the afternoon while we were taking rest, we were asked 3 times to check-out the room even though we have told them the check out time clearly (and about paying extra money). However they did not charge us extra as we left the room on time. I was very upset with this trip as I had planned it for my wedding anniversary and I had to listen insensitive statements with room boys early morning.

No hot water, parking dirty bedsheet & blanket, paid 150/p/d. 4 parking

The hotel was worth the money, though hygiene can be taken care of, location was great and other services were good.

Food was good but was not revised complimentary breakfast on second day. My room was booked for 2 nights but they provided breakfast for one day only.

Room was not well maintained. There was water leakage all over which looked very ugly.

Hygiene is very poor and the rooms were dirty. The location is very nice but it's very necessary to keep the customers happy . There was very slow running hot water and the toilet seats were not clean as well.

Room appearance was very poor, no soaps ware provided on day one, we requested to change rooms which was given on day one as appearance was very poor, 2nd day we got another rooms, those were OK but not that much good, bathrooms were very poor in appearance, and hygiene, MMT should look into it. Stay was not worthy against what we have paid.

Experiences are horrible. The only positive point is it's location. It is near the bus stop.

A location was good very near by central market, staff is okay overall average experience. I wouldn't say was good but just average and good for money.

In this hotel we can't order for food because here we have to go down for have food. The location was good but service not like this hotel I give not even 1 star this hotel. Want improvement on their management side.

Nice Hotel. Best part is location near to Market, Bus stand and Taxi stand. Staff are cooperative, room are clean, hot water available in morning. We stay 2 night at this hotel with baby ... Hotel staff are providing facility for baby food prepration Overall worth for money

I beg others not to book this hotel. No fan, no TV, no shower, bathroom water drainage issue. Not clean, drinking water kept in water uncleaned vessel, fungus in the pillow cover. Assume a room based on this comment.
