Spacious rooms with lovely balcony. Amazing valley view. Food is very good except for Chinese cuisine.

Good experience the staff was cooperative and helpfully service was nice will visit again food was also good.hot water was available all the time.

The location is excellent, on Panchgani Mahabaleshwar Road, view from Hotel Deluxe Rooms are good, food & service is good. A suggestion - They need to be more beautify their common dining & play area.

Booked during a busy weekend of 15th Aug, got each room at 6k where as regular price is 1.5k. The room were in horrible condition, the doors were not locking properly, Balcony doors were loose, locker was broken, leaking washroom, smelly and unkept beds. staffs are not trained, kitchen is not ready to serve food most of the time, the items in the menu are not available. horrible place, lift too was not working and only positive was it's near to market but Panchagani is a small place and certainly 6k in any condition is not at all acceptable. Our stay at Nivanta Hotel was not good because the hotel has given us such a room which does not have any privacy, we cannot open the curtains n are not able to access the gallery as well. we requested hotel staff to give another room but they said all rooms are full. then I called MakeMyTrip and asked for compensation & they agreed upon that but it's now more than a week and still I haven't received any compensation. The worst thing is now I am not able talk to any agent of the MakeMyTrip trip . there is no option to talk to any agent regarding this issue. I request all of the users of MakeMyTrip, please do not book any hotel or trip through this platform because it doesn't give any support & assistance. I would never book any trip through this platform in future

My stay at Nivanta Hotel was truly delightful. The location is excellent—well-connected yet peaceful, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The food was a pleasant surprise; the in-house restaurant served fresh, flavorful dishes with plenty of variety. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, with both Indian and continental options that catered to different tastes.

cleanliness, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff & peacefull view,Having a balcony or porch with seating to enjoy the view is a major plus.

the location of the hotel is very good with excellent view and has car parking space available. Good view from balcony with variety of birds I was lucky to see even dear from the balcony in side compound. Buffe breakfast is available in morning. Rooms are good and spacious. staff is very cooperative and well mannered.

a very pleasant stay and amazing view. very courteous staff and the food was really amazing. I would recommend this hotel when you plan to travel and stay around Panchgani.

Location was super But according to 3star their were lack of facilities Their was no paste toothbrush in room no iron was their Food was good

The room was very good, and the view from the balcony was pretty awesome. Room service was excellent and added to the overall comfort of the stay. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Specifically, the appliances in the room should be checked before allocating it to guests—in my case, the fridge and the safe were not working.

Rooms are clean, stags are friendly and friendly in behaviour. Food quality can be improved.beautiful view from balcony.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

The entire room was so neat and clean and the room service was also good on the balcony the mountain view is so incredible.

Room view and hotel staff was good. They provide welcome juice. Car parking is available. Reception was polite in welcoming. Hotel water should be available 24 hours

Good place to stay and calm and best to visit mahabaleshwar. This place is on road touch food quality is good room size too big with huge balcony with best view. Staff is vary cooperative

Hotel is nice in terms of location and room size is big enough with large balcony. Rest of the things are just average. Play area is too old, breakfast is very limited without eggs, staff and service is very slow and irresponsible.

The rooms were superb the view was fantastic by the rooms overall had a good experience except for some service issues but that wasn’t a big deal for us
