The property was well maintained and clean. The staff was well behaved. The food was great and affordable. Swimming pool area was also well maintained The stay was very comfortable Totally worth spending the money . Loved the stay, will totally recommend to others.

Excellent Stay
It was most pleasant stay for us since day one. we have been taken care of approximately by each one of the hotel staff. Since the hotel was in a prominent location it facilitates easy accessibility of the sight seeing points. Food quality was good. The complimentary breakfast served to us was up to the mark but can be improved in terms of menu. Overall staying at Treebo Winter Town was awesome and comfortable as per our personal experience.

Poor Stay
I stayed with my family for two days. I booked a standard room, but the bedsheet wasn’t clean, and the room had an unpleasant smell.

Just ohk...Helarious experience.
All things are Average, No such WoW element was available there.. Even peoples using pool at midnight after drinking. And Shouting countinusly..using abusive words But no one from hotel management come to stop there nonsense.

Good Stay
Staff is very much impressive and hotel is very neat and tidy the hotel is equipped with some gaming items like carrom board and foos ball. Hotel is also having the swimming pool but required some maintenance in this rainy season. Note: One of the room we engaged is not having the exhaust fan in the bathroom which leads to suffocating while taking the bath. Also the Make My trip is also some misleading as when we trying to book one AC room with breakfast included, but its redirected to Non AC room.thus some argument has been happened. we also having good staying experience in this group of hotels at Coorg.hence we preferred this time also. But overall good hotel group.

Good property, hot water for limited hours, extra mattress charges at 500r
Property is close to Venna lake. if you don't want to stay near the market and be still close to it then this is a good place . if you have kids, you would be charged 500rs for each extra mattress. hot water is not so hot and only available between 7 to 11, rainy and winter season, they should provide hot water round the clock as the floor is too cold and due to no hot water, you can easily catch cold/cough.

expensive for a budget stay
It was a bit overpriced than the actual room & facilities. However, the staff were good. Location is also good as Bagicha food & lake are 5 mins walk from the property.

Good stay...food - breakfast and room service was fine...had some issue with hot water availability (maybe due to rainy weather)... but staff arranged the same on request...Staff was good in behaviour.

Good Stay
Overall experience was very good. Rooms are great and location is great very near to venna lake and main market. Services was also quite good and fast. Very affordable stay in mahabaleshwar for such luxury. Cons : 1 . you don’t get hot water 24hrs. 2. hot water what you get is also not hot enough just little warm if you woke up late 3. food taste Is average. Tea and coffee are excellent. 4. Don’t travel on bike after 8 as there is no lights on road and road is very spooky.

1.Location was quite good however there was no hit water avilable at room. 2.Room which was given that had no gallery and was not clean properly.

Terrible Stay
There was no hot water rather warm water, cleanliness was not up to the mark. The actual property is not that big as shown in the images. We could not sleep all night as surrounding properties had metal sheet roof and due to heavy rains there was too much noise.
