The location is amazing. It’s so peaceful. We are pure vegetarians. The food options are limited for vegetarians. The staff is very supportive and sweet.

Whenever we plan our Panchgani trip, our first choice is always Mount View Heritage. The property has a warm, homely atmosphere with stunning mountain views that make every visit refreshing. The food feels just like home—simple, fresh, and comforting. We often return here for its wonderful vibes, and every stay has been comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

The place nd resort is awesome and their hospitality is just wow i can’t describe in words how the place is and their all staff are so well mannered.

We had an amazing stay at hotel, rooms have that old place smell but nice place to be in nature, peaceful place, greenery all over the place. There were different options for food for breakfast and dinner. Food was ok but we got a cockroach in the soup and it ruined all. Barring that one thing, stay was great.

Great host, retained the old world charm, cosy and comfortable. Great food and overall Service Nestled in the woods , Away from hustle of the city, its a perfect place to spend a quiet weekend

The place is perfectly located at senic location. However, the rooms and amenities could have been better. Further, there is a live kitchen concept, where orders have to be placed with prior intimation and instruction on menu. Good place if you want to just have to spend a day and roam around.

I’d rate it a 3. The location is beautiful and the property has a nice rustic charm, but it felt a bit low on upkeep. The bathroom exhaust didn’t work, and while the surroundings were lovely, the bathrooms looked really old. The food was a big letdown. We spent ₹1500 on lunch, and it wasn’t even basic just below average. For people who’ve have good Parsi food often, this didn’t come close. The service and staff were great though, so that helped.

The stay was very comfortable, location is a advantage as its much before the peak traffic in panchgani kicks in. Close to the market Staff is polite and courteous, we had a great experience

Location was perfect, wholesome home cooked Parsi food, very courteous staff,surroundings was awesome ,quiet, away from the hustle bustle, felt like living amidst nature ! What we loved was that food was served right outside the room. Personalised services !

Our room was clean, beautifully done up, and very cozy—a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The combination of heartfelt service and breathtaking location made this trip unforgettable. Comfortable stay, nice clean rooms, and most important for us... amazing food. The spread of food , served in the Verandah, while looking at the rain falling outside the window is truly amazing.

Beautiful place to stay with family, nice view and very cooperative staff. Breakfast is good. Entering from main road is slightly stiff but this is very common in hill stations.
