Room condition was very bad. It was stinking as well. In picture it was showing very good. But it was not upto the mark

It was not good hotel for family. Not a pleasant experience on such a hill station. Required lot of improvement

Hotel room are good, very helpful by owner, very neat and clean room and premise enjoy to stay in hotel with effort able price.

It was a great hotel, in the heart of the mahabaleshwar market is what made it even better, decent view, the hotel is slightly old but great if you're looking for something close to the market with decent rooms

It was a good stay at Suncity, the location was great. The rooms were a bit dirty but overall it was a great experience. The owner was very welcoming and helpful.

Hotel was good with overall cleaning. Bedsheets were not upto the mark. It should be improved

It was a good neat n clean hotel, but room service was not proper. Even towel and soap you have to go to reception and ask.

The hotel didn't have a tv. There were small holes on the wall. The lowers of the toilet glasses were not on place. The bedsheets, pillows, towels weren't very clean. Overall it was okay to stay, nothing special.

Terrible Experience in the hotel… No television in the room… Geyser not working properly. Torn bedsheet.. Stinky rooms… When asked for WiFi password they switchoff the wifi router.. Giving minus ratings for the stay Ac remote not in the room..

Property is at prime location. Next to bus stand and in the main market. Staff is very polite and helpful. Service is very good and prompt.

Found property on mmt. Less amenities although flexibility of check in and check out based on availability. Helping staff

Rooms are clean and spacious, we stayed there only for one day but service was good. My check in was late but still the staff was awake for our family.

Hotel room is good, but no other visitor is there in hotel so it's horror and tap water not working proper

The hotel is located in the middle of the market. Rooms are really big. Hotel is clean, staff is very polite and will help you if you require something. There is issue with the parking, i was lucky that i got parking right in front of the hotel but in case you don't get it and you have to use pay and park which is 300 to 400 meter from the hotel.

Room is very spacious and big, staff was good and for parking i got assistance from staff only. Then only things needs to be improved is clean bed sheet. All sheets in both the rooms were very much stained and the blacket also. There are many stains

hotel services and staff are cooperative but the hotel is average not up to the mark. The hotel doesn't look attractive and water was not hot
