Stay was overall pleasant with nice hospitality. Few things were unavailable like soap. Set top box. Tv remote but immediately provided once informed. Telephone wasn't working. Over all good experience

Basic services like toilet paper, toilet sleeper, towels are not available. Cleaning is not up to mark

Room not clean. Garden restaurants was not there. No indoor indoor activity available there. Towels is very old. Fungus in pillow as well as in rooms.

Property location is near to the market so it was good. As far as food is concerned, there was no restaurant in the hotel. Restaurant was under construction. Ya they would bring food and deliver to your room from other hotels nearby. Play room was under construction but they arranged for a carom in the 1st floor package. Hotel managers were humble.

This hotel is in a great location with affordable room rent. The hotel is Very close to Mahabaleshwar Market and Mahabaleshwar Taxi Stand. Important Points are No Kitchen Available in Hotel & Also Phone wasn't working. Wall was leaked.

Worst hotel ive stayed in. No safety deposit boxes in rooms. - hot water constantly running out. - no ventilation in bathroom (no window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo. - virtually no cooking utensils, making a basic task such as hard boiling an egg extremely difficult. No sponge to clean any dishes

Rooms that they give for 4 people are very small though they call it super deluxe however overall experience was good and the staff behaviour was also good

Rooms are extremely substandard. So much so, we did not stay despite having a non refundable booking.

Bathroom clothes stand/rod was missing, tap handle was coming off when we on hot water. Parking facility was not in the hotel but in nearby open ground. But hotel staff were good.

They did not provide water bottles. I stayed for 2 days. They did not changed the sheets also. I payed 5500/night. At least these things i expect.

Location is good considering it is in main market. Rooms are average as size is small for 3 people. Breakfast could be better. After paying 5500 rs for accommodation i was expecting good breakfast. Service by staff was good.
