the property is in sort of a disrepair. the standard quality expected of a treebo hotel was not there. paid breakfast was not good at all. infact we skipped after the first day.

Basic services were okay but the room had broken false ceiling giving a scary look. Parking available but kind of a test to park.

Good Stay
The stay at this hotel was really good, the room was spacious and clean, I took the package which includes breakfast and the breakfast quality was sooo good. The location of the hotel is great, situated at just 2 mins of distance from the main market. We got an early check in probably 2 hours early

High prices for poor quality
Bedsheet, pillow covers, towels were not cleaned. A dental kit was not provided (it was included at the time of booking. The hand wash bottle was empty and no one cared to refill it. High prices for poor service.

I recently booked two rooms for family and the rooms were not clean. Bedsheets has some marks on it and bathroom was not cleaned and leaking. Also, there was some smell in whole room. Also, the location is not good it is in some downhill with not good surroundings at all. Will not recommend to stay with family there.

Average experience
We had booked deluxe room but they gave us standard room which had a foul smell, wc had leakage when flushed & bedsheets & comforters were all soiled. Also no hot water is available 24hrs as mentioned in description. Hot water is only available in morning. Also breakfast had only 2 or 3 food items, no fruits or jiuice available. Most information given is incorrect about this hotel. Also after complaining they finally have us deluxe room which we had originally booked.

Not suitable to stay with family.
Electricity issues, tv was not working, no hot water available, flush was not working properly. Hygiene level should better. Didn't take breakfast as it was very late.
