Service was good, Breakfast was also good. Their famous lunch thali was not prepared the day we visited as there were few guests. They later did inform that that it would be available but it was too late we had already had a delicious Gujarati Thali elsewhere. The place is nice for honeymoon couples but something more like Indoor games could make the place more lively for others. My premium rooms and Dining area were modernized since my last visit in 2023 Service was good, Breakfast was also good. We had booked a classic room because we had stayed in this type of room which has a shower enclosure. Upon our arrival we were told that Classic rooms are not being allotted due to hot water issue and so we were upgraded to Executive room with private sit out at no extra cost. The furniture set up of this room was not user friendly and the bathroom had no shower cubical so water was splashing all over bathroom keeping the entire floor wet in monsoon season. Private sit out is of no use in moonsoon as the whole are including table and chairs remain wet with zero usability. Our question is if the Classic rooms are not available due to technical reasons then why is showing availability of classic rooms BF was very tasty . Overall weather was very cool and Misty with continuous rain for 2 days during our stay. Overall set up of the property is very good. The staff is courteous.

Not so good the basic things are not available in room like slipper,hair dryer and Dental kit . Service is good . Food is ok ok

Ok for a day trip!! Not that hygienic and staff is too limited. Many things didn’t come when called for like towels , stool etc. all in all a good budget stay for few days

The hotel was good however the bed sheets and the bed cover has dank smell

Breakfast can be improved. Room size and decor or feel can be improved. Felt short of some amenities like dental kit, iron and better game room.

Property is very good and strategically located but bit costly. Child aged 5-6 who generally never occupy a seperate bed is also considered an adult in the costing. Complementary breakfast quality is average.

Location is perfect, food is v expensive but overall service is good. Breakfast is v limited.

Nice property. Average food. Premium room, not really premium. Basement like structure without light & ventilation. Sit out not usable. Poor WiFi. Staff cooperative.

It is very close to Venna Lake and Mahabaleshwar market . It has ample of parking, very good swimming pool and a lot of greenery around . Its an ideal place for vacation as well as for stacation. My complements to the big attached terrace of approx 10 ' x 10 ' with nice sit out, facing pool and hills . Many trees and sitting areas in this peaceful property. Its exactly what 1 can expect . If at all one needs to grumble then he can about non availability of non veg n drinks etc . Offcourse the grumbler can walk dn for 3 mins and reach market where non vej hotels are there .I wish they ad a cycle track around the property too ....architectural design, landscaping etc is top notch ...interior of restaurant, I think they did on their own without hiring a designer ..that is good too but could have been better ...I am really surprised at others peoples reviews which give less than 4 stars..any 1 can easily figure out that this place is owned ,operated and managed by an elite ,hardworking, and already rich gentle owner with good morals . Room service , cleanliness , shower cubical , room size and vej food etc is good and staff is courteous

For Accommodation rooms are best, breakfast, lunch and dinner is tasty, services are better,but prices are slightly higher.

Rooms were clean but being a hill station there’s the problem of insects or worms in the bathroom. But definitely a good place to stay for long and short stays. Serene property about 8-10 minutes walk from the main market. Breakfast was good and overall room service was prompt. Would recommend!

Room was very good excellent furniture & interior, Washroom was neat & clean with good interior & marbel. Food quality was very good yummy & tasty food .Lawn area was very scenetic view ..lawn lightening was very good ..lake view was also good

Hotel located centrally. Vennaa lake is in walkable distance approximately 1.0 km . Walkable distance for bazar. Nice and good stay. Very Clean room and toilets.

It was a pleasent and good experience stay, the Breakfast included was good so we can get more time to explore around, they offer cab service, local travel help, Since it is close to Market so you can visit local shops too.
