We need our refund

Firstly,we didn't stay at this place as we had to change or rush for a new villa. It was not as expected and out of 5 rooms only 2 rooms were booked when we booked the whole villa. Only two rooms were having the AC's. There was no fan or AC in the main living room and it was just impossible for us stay there.Second the management was a little poor and the place was dirty. There was no one over there when we reached. On Make my trip it was clearly mentioned there is wifi which was also not available. We found a much better villa with all the needed requirements and paid less than what we paid here. We want our refund back since we didn't stay there since day one.
