Average Stay
well we had stayed at hotel with 4 people and 2 rooms. pros 1. clean rooms with nice odour and neat washrooms. 2. easy to ascess nearby 3. big parking space (if arrived before 6 pn) cons 1. lined not cleaned properly. 2. no food at all. biggest issue is that except water, you have to roam here and there to even get a tea. They do Not have any restaurant. 3.no windows or balcony at all. all packed. only a budget lovers might find it average

Good Stay
We have not received room on time. We were supposed to get room on time. Also they have given the wrong flat to us. After that we went outside then they called us that was not our flat as per our booking. Then as per their request we allowed to transfer our bag to another room.

Clean and tidy restaurant...It's located right in the market so everytime you go out for shopping or eating you don't have to take your car out. Location of Hotel Matoshree Executive is one of the big point that makes it awesome. Rooms were nice. Staff was very friendly. A good place for a family stay.

Good Stay
The overall experience was good. Staff conduct was good. Room was well maintained and regular cleanliness was taking place. But room size was a bit small, not much space for movement, instead of dummy wooden box near bed they could have provided storage space.

Terrible Stay
Rooms not well maintained. AC was not working well. Location is also a problem. No parking in premises. Had to park at a distance.

Good Rooms but below average service
The rooms are good and new, the airconditioning and tv works. Hotel looks like recently renovated. Owner is polite and gracious. But don't expect much in service, the towels were old, they don't have service boys for whole day. They come only 2 times a day and if you are out sightseeing at that ti me then forget the service.

Good Stay
The location of the hotel is very good right in the centre of Mahabaleshwar which was 1 of my preference, the staff is polite and helpful, early check-in was smooth, however the food was below average and size of the room as per the rates is small as I booked the highest category suite, the room could rather be bigger in size or a little less rates would be satisfying. Staying at the Matoshree Hotel in Mahableshwar was fantastic; the staff was extremely polite and took care of everything. This motel is clean and sanitary for my infant. They give parking and have a tiny kitchen for breakfast; however, you must manage lunch and dinner elsewhere. Megdoot is the finest option for vegetarians and non-vegetarians near the hotel. Night shopping is close to Hotel.

It was a great experience with Matoshree hotel and offered good service .
The hotel location was ideal, offering a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently located near local attractions like local shops, restaurants, street food etc . We appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, which made exploring the area easy.

Cozy Rooms. Top Notch Cleaness. Safe and Sound Location. Daily Room Service. Super Cool A/c. Working Tv. And Best Part 24/7 Hot water. No restaurant in hotel but its okay beacuse hotel in main market. The hotel situated in main market but still view from our room is nice. Also lift available. Carrom and ludo game available. Overall Great Experience. And Once Again Cleaness is property is best.

Excellent Stay
The room was simple but functional. Cupboard, beds and washroom were very clean. Towels and soap were provided. Tea, coffee can be ordered. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant but this isnt a problem since it's so close to the market. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to just stay at while you explore mahabaleshwar.
