at the time property not provide to the exact room that that will be book property provide to the different room and food also very expensive and not tasty at the time and room was not clean, bilkul bhi achha experience nhi tha

Needs improvement a lot
Parking was not proper. Ceiling fan was not moving fast. Ambience in the room was average. There are a lot of improvements needed.

Poor Stay
Limited breakfast, No Hot Water as there was some issue in our room bathroom. Room condition not good. Parking issue due to weekend no parking provided by hotel we paid 200 Rs for parking.

Good Stay
I stayed at this hotel a few days ago, and overall, it was an average experience. The room was just okay—not too bad, but nothing special either. One major issue was the lack of hot water, which was quite inconvenient. The staff was decent, but the amenities could use some improvement. If you're looking for a basic stay, it's fine, but don't expect too much.

Room was not clean. Ac was not working, there were cockroaches in the room. And there was no hot water supply. Disgusting stay at this hotel.

verall a pleasant stay of 3 days
It was overall a pleasant stay. Negative points: • The room we booked didn't have a view, when you open the window, there is a wall of the next hotel, so basically no view. • If you want to stay in the whole day, it can be depressing, but if you are going to tour and use rooms to only rest for the night, they are good. • Limited ventilation in the room. if you book front facing rooms, then only broader view and good ventilation. • Hot water is available during particular hours only. If you ask, the staff will provide you hot water in the bucket. Positive points: • The room was at par with the charges. • The owner was very nice. • Hotel's location gives you access to the market as well as ST stand within 2 min walking distance. You can go out for a night walk in the market. • Hotel also provides taxi service with mahabaleshwar tour package which is the same as every other hotel and private cabs provide all over mahabaleshwar. • Restaurant on the ground floor. Bit expensive though. • No need to book an AC room as the weather was cool even in mid March.
