Very bad experience at Exotica
Not a good place with family to visit. overpriced though it should be not even ₹1k. The room looks filthy, very far, alone and tapori style hut. the maintenance is very poor.

Costly andSimple , Location Excellent rest All Average.
The Property is very nice, But not maintained to the best , Many of the amenities were not working like rain dance , Kids play area was rusted and broken. The reception lady was very nice and helpful. A Lot of improvement required with respect to the amount charged for a NON AC room. Not suitable for elderly people as there are lots of steps for rooms. overall average feel the if was charged lessor would have been an ideal Staycation. Food is also Average, Better to eat outside in a restaurant.

Valley facing rooms, cool breeze and good food
Stayed for 2 nights, we were looking to spend more time in resort and relax than doing sightseeing ,the resort is indeed on edge of mountain and we can see valley. Our was valley fcing room and it was fantastic scene of valley and mountains. Cool breeze, chirping birds, ther is balcony so we sat 3 hrs 6 am to 9am enjoying tea and breakfast. The food I liked it , chef Patil has 40yrs of exp. Very kind. Manager Archana also helped. Few suggestion 1. Have more sports like archery, rain dance. 2. Have mosquito net in window so that we can keep window open for fresh air to come in 3. Check the electrichnload work on all rooms so that AC works. Each has different expectations, for us it was valley facing rooms, swimming pool, decent size resort and food and it all ticked our list. Location also close 3 km for parsi point, bhilar village

Amazing Weekend Gateway
I recently stayed at Exotic Valley Resort, and the experience was absolutely delightful. We chose the glass-view room, and it was a treat for the eyes. The room was well-maintained, offering a stunning view of the valley that made every sunrise an unforgettable experience. Watching the sunrise truly felt like it touched my soul. Although the room lacked a kettle for hot water, the cook was kind enough to arrange it whenever we needed, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The hospitality we received from the cook uncle was heartwarming—his attentiveness and care made us feel like we were visiting a close family member. The resort also features a beautiful garden and selfie points that add to its charm. It’s a perfect destination for a peaceful weekend getaway with amazing views, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature. It’s truly worth every penny!

Good Stay
Hotel stay was good, glass house experience was giving a good vive with hill view. Its just, hotel is a bit inside from main road and the road to the hotel is a bit narrow, the staff's behavior was good.

Property is at very beautiful location. The staff, food ambience is very good. We enjoyed there. My father in law loved the location, scenery, services everything.

Exotic valley resort is not that exot
familyIt's a great property, but poorly maintained. They've also cut a few big trees not sure they have permits for the same from the local authorities. The garden is also poorly maintained, lawns are not trimmed, and the pool is not cleaned for a week. Apart from villa and the valley views, the only good thing to talk about is the food. The chef is an honest guy who cooks good food.

Poor Stay
The property location was average. Views from the property were also decent. But the swimming pool was not maintained at all. Food was not worth the penny. We spent almost 3-4k on the food but it was a total waste.
