Poor Stay
Detailed review of Treebo Iceberg- 1. Hotel Quality - extremely poor. WC of my washroom was broken. 2. Food - No food availability for lunch / dinner. Only breakfast is available that too of worst taste. 3. Hospitality - even thougj we had booked our rooms clearly mentioning the age of our kids, the reception manager demanded extra money as extra bedding. Then we had to talk with MMT support to resolve the issue. Overall rating is 2 that too because of location of this hotel.

not good for 2 days stay
The room was not clean. We took another room where there were cockroaches. Water is not hot for 24 hours. Water bottles are limited. Phone is off. Light goes off repeatedly. TV was off. Rest of the things are a little okay.

1. 3star hospitality missing 2. sleeping person head was at north direction 3. intercom was not working 4. work desk was not in room 5. Due to breakdown of intercom we need to go out side the room and find attendee for help

Not a fake revie
Disappointed Stay – Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at Treebo Iceberg and had quite a disappointing experience. First of all, they charged us an extra ₹500 for an 11-year-old child, which was never mentioned on the This felt left a bad impression right from the check-in. Secondly, the view from the hotel is extremely poor – definitely not what you expect when you're booking a vacation stay. There’s nothing scenic or pleasant to look at. Lastly, the breakfast was very ordinary and far from satisfactory. We were served cold poha, misal, and just tea – no variety, no proper arrangements, and certainly not up to the mark for a hotel that advertises itself as family-friendly. Also one of the adjecent rooms was facing hot water issue. Would not recommend this property unless some serious improvements are made in transparency, food quality, and amenities.

Stay in iceberg.
Stay was decent. No hot water provided as mentioned for bath. No working wifi.Staff was not helpful.

Good stay...
The hotel near to henna lake, beside d main road. Very convenient to reach. I found litte bit problems like hot water not available all day. Small cockcroches found in my bed. And also window door lock problem. Bedsheets also getting bad smell. Otherwise it is good to stay. I requesting management to take necessary action to avoid such small problems. Good views from balcony, morng Tiffin also good & Tasty.

My Mahabaleshwar Tri
The location of the hotel is fantastic as it's at main mahabaleshwar road and away from the crowded area. The rooms are spacious and well maintained..The staff of the hotel is well behaved. Last but not least is the awesome breakfast.

Average Stay
The hotel was overpriced. No basic amenities such as toothpaste, brush, etc. I had booked the room for 3 people, they gave me an extra bed which was very thin and not worth the 1500 extra charges. Hotel staff was not supportive to give an extra blanket as it was very cold and the mattress was thin

Good Stay
Location is good, adjacent to many quality restaurants and shops. Rooms are reasonably clean and maintained. We had excellent non-veg food served in-room by Alishan restaurant, which tasted out of world. Overall experience was pleasant.

Booking was done a day before checkin. Still the room was cleaned by staff after we arrived for checkin. Additionally, room was not completely cleaned. There was dust on the dressing table and bed side tables.
