Review Of IVY Park Resort

Property is not for family accommodation. For ppl who don’t worry about the place to stay. Not worth the money

Room are not upto mark as mentioned on Make My trip app. and no wifi facility is available. and also the room key was also missing. There is no TV in the room. Too bad room facilities that I have never seen before. Don't even try it, check for another hotel.

Excellent location for nature views esp from Imperial Rooms with large balcony. This hotel requires lot of maintenance, plumbing (Jet Spray was not working), electrical maintenance (Few lights were not working) in room is required. It needs renovation & rooms lacked space to open your suitcase (you can open only on floor, which is not convenient). Food order is not taken in restaurant, but it is taken on reception. No courtesy in serving the order. They simply came up with food without spoons for eating or serving, no tissues, no onion, lime or pickle, no service of water. Waiter just gave roti, sabji & big plate and left !! I stayed for 2 days here only & left despite having plan for 6 days as food service was pathetic and i didn't have car to go ut to eat and there is no way except 12-15 minute walk through jungles to reach highway to get other restaurants.

The overall service was Average as the location is way too up on a hill. food was good and tasty no doubt about it. very very disappointed with the hotel room and the cleanliness of the bedding sheets and pillows were having mould on it. it was total not as described rooms. they looked newly painted. how every the paint was chipping off glass of my room was broken, toilet seat was broken. tv channels doesn't work. but I would like to appreciate Akash room service he changed the sheets and cleaned the room. after that it was a good day. overall i would rate this an average stay.

Service is not good, time of check in is 12 pm but it got after 1 hour , road for the resort also not good

There is no proper access road to IVY Park Resort. The Resort rooms furniture is not in very good conditions. The rooms are in shabby and old conditions

location - Poorly maintained road (not even a road) and for a moment I thought I may have entered a remote village. Food - Average Amenities - Hotel provides complementary fridge (not your right to get one) was found in non-working condition due to which the strawberries I bought got damaged inspite of hotel trying to arrange another fridge was also broken. When I asked why there is no checkin pre checks by hotel, I was told fridge is only complementary. Pathetic narrative for the booking price of 2 days. Services - Room service is ok. Maintenance guy comes only in evening I.e at 6 pm. so if something is not working then you got to sweat it out. Air conditioner was not throwing cold air and not sure when was it last serviced. lastly my son cut his foot thumb in swimming pool with Sharp tile at the bottom of pool (towards lawn side). I would honestly advise to stay away from this property as hotel mgmt is only caters properly to large corporate bookings as during my stay Manager was busy taking care of corporates than resolving my problems at the property. overall 2 ratings out of 5.

Very nice resort and beautiful scenarios and views. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Definitely worth exploring. a very good and peaceful avenue to stay and rejuvenate.

We can enjoy beauty of nature, We all happy with our stay and Hotel persons are very good. Thanks to make my trip as well as ivy park resort authority.

Good property but extremely poor management. Breakfast is a big disappointment. Toiletries are not there at all

The location of the stay is really good on a hilltop. Rooms could have been more cleaner though. Really enjoyed the food.

The location of the hotel was good. The amenities provided in the hotel are good. Breakfast was good. But the room service was not good. We stayed 3 days there but was not cleaned even after telling them to clean. Even for a glass of water we had to call reception every time.

Location and food quality was very nice. A good property for stay with family and friends. Good and helpful staff.

We discovered ivy park resort via mm t and were drawn to its location using google map. Situated on a hill off the main panchgani road, the journey to the resort was both scenic and adventurous, passing through charming strawberry farms. However, the road was quite narrow and steep, requiring cautious driving. The location was serene and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, though we noticed some cost-cutting on toiletries, which was a minor inconvenience. The on-site restaurant offered limited food options, and while the prices were on the higher side, the dishes were undeniably delicious. Overall, our stay at ivy park resort was pleasant and satisfactory, with just a few small adjustments needed to enhance the experience further. Would recommend it for a peaceful retreat amid-st nature!

Location is not good at all. No good road to reach hotel for 4 wheeler. Also food was terrible i ordered chicken biryani and in that chicken was stale. Room was clean but there was pungent dirty smell. Room service was terrible.

The approach road and garden are not well maintained. The garden picture shown is misleading. Rooms are ok

Very bad ambience of the resort. Not well maintained. You cannot even take an advantage of the balcony due to insects and bugs which are coming inside the rooms. Power backup is slow. During our stay electricity went down more than 4 times and it took 5 min to backup with generator. Ceiling lights sparked during electricity issue. Road towards the resort is in very bad condition. No lift in the resort. It is worth if you are paying 1000 rs a night stay here

It was nice stay. Rooms were neat and clean. I didn’t have anything so can’t comment on food quality. But i must say staffs are very polite and helpful.

Best hotel we experienced so far, with excellent hospitality, ambience, atmosphere and facilities. Such an awesome location. Restaurant and their delicious dishes were mind blowing. Quality of room was wonderful with continuous cautiousness effort to maintain and refill all facilities were exceptional.
