Needs renovation.
groupThe hotel is very old and needs renovation. The bath fittings, tilings need replacement. Some bath fittings dont work and everything is soo old and give that negative old vibes.

Hotel is averaged, nothing fancy, do not expect luxurious experience. Staff is good, manager is good. Food facilities available. Did not try.

Dhanhill hotel review. Not good.
Property is not good at all. We did not stay at all. Only one family was there in the entire property. The moment we entered the hotel my wife was not happy. Rooms smells a lot. Property is old. So we decided to move out immediately to other hotel. Please take this property out from make my trip. It would be nice if i get complete refund of the charges i have paid

Overall good but costly
Overall hotel is good but location is too away from mahabaleshwar but good if you are exploring panchagani. Service is ok can't expect after dinner tea or coffee. Hot water service is quick. Overall good hotel but costly.

Average stay!
It was a ok stay, rooms were not in a good shape, there was wall flakes on one side. Few bulbs were not working. Swimming pool was good and building is old.

Great valley view experience
Very nice experience, perfect valley and swimming pool view and rooms are also very well maintained, staff is very supportive and all this at very reasonable rate

Hotel very vintage style. Ok to stay only dont take package with breakfast. Room tariff is on high side. Tariff should be between 1800 to 2000 max per day.

Location of the property was good, food was good. Room’s cleanliness could have been better. Bedsheets were not up to the mark.

Good Stay
Property location is good and very nice view. We had breakfast and it was tasty and nice. The shower is not maintained. Some time you get hot water and some time cold water and even you try to mix properly but it changes its own.

It seems like a horror house. The room didn't have any privacy. Very untidy. Please don't stay at this hotel make sure you all book some other hotel so that you don't feel uneasy during your stay.

The resort and rooms are not as shown in pictures. Washrooms are not clean. Slow service for food. Not worthy at all. Worst experience.

Terrible Stay at Dhanhills
Really It was Terrible Stay at Dhanhills - Panchgani. 1. Location: (1/10) Hotel is at good location but the entrance of property is like in Slum area. 2. Check-in: (4/10) Check-in was ok but there should be experienced staff required. 3. Room: (0/10) We booked pool view room at 1st floor and the view from the balcony was good, but the room was very dirty, there was lack of all basic things like water bottles, safe locker, mini fridge, etc. Bed sheets was not cleaned, they were putted used bed sheets. After repeatedly asking for change the bed sheets nobody bothered about the same. On bed sheets insects were there. 4. Bathroom: (1/10) Bathroom was one of the terrible things of Dhanhills, no basic things like toothbrush, toothpaste were there, they provided after asking them. Hot water facility is there but you should switch on the water geyser 30 mins before your bath. Surface tiles of bathroom was very sticky. 5. Room Service: (8/10) Room Service was good and the person who was there was very attentive. 6. Swimming Pool: (2/10) Swimming pool was also dirty, they used normal water in it. Darkish coloured water was there in pool. 7. Breakfast: (4/10) Breakfast spread was very limited, you can get poha, Upma, Dhokla, Puri Bhaji and Egg Omelette with a banana accompanied by tea, coffee and bread jam butter. Taste of the breakfast was good and service also good. One most important thing I want to mention is they guys don’t allowed our drivers for breakfast instead of paying extra charges and that is very surprising. Food: (6/10) we asked for chicken sandwich and they took 1 hr to say no so we ordered onion pakoda in evening and chicken chilly in night and the taste of the same was good. Check out: (5/10) it was smooth because they don’t bother about their guests. After asking for check out nobody came in room so we carried our luggage. Cherry on the cake: after all this things i complaine for the same after check in and they informed us next morning that we had complimentary dinner 😂. They tried to damage control their image by giving us complimentary food which we ordered when checked in. Overall experience was very terrible and they are charging more than ₹ per night with tax but providing facilities like local lodge should verify first the class of property, facilities of rooms and then they should decide the rates per night.
