Subject: Urgent Refund Request for Indira Nature Valley Hotel Booking
Dear Customer Care Team,
I am writing to urgently follow up on my refund request regarding my booking at Indira Nature Valley Hotel made through MakeMyTrip. I have been consistently trying to reach out via the Myra Auto app and phone calls since my check-in date, 14th March 2025, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or resolution from your team.
I did not check-in at the hotel and did not submit any ID proofs due to the extremely poor conditions of the room and the overall hotel premises. Upon arrival, I immediately informed the hotel manager that I would not be staying and requested a refund. However, they advised me to contact MakeMyTrip directly to get refund, stating it was an online booking.
Issues faced at the hotel:
1. The room was unclean, with visible leakage patches on the walls, emitting a bad odor.
2. There was an evident lack of safety and security.
3. All rooms seemed locked from the outside, no proper lock inside room, no visible guests, and no trained staff available at the reception and no one at reception.
4.Local muslim families appeared to be managing the reception informally, without any knowledge or formal process to assist guests.
This situation created an extremely disturbing and unsafe environment for me and my family, making it impossible for us to proceed with our stay.
I am also concerned about how such a hotel has been verified and listed on MakeMyTrip. I strongly urge your team to personally inspect this property and reconsider its presence on your platform, as it does not meet basic standards of hygiene, safety, or hospitality.
Therefore, I am requesting an immediate full refund for my booking. Kindly process this refund without further delay and confirm the status at the earliest.
