Stay was good. But smell was there in rooms. Bed sheet and towel was also average. Location is positive side including the scenes. Food was very average and breakfast was having very limited option or you can say no option.

Terrible Stay
As per the details which mentioned on MMT all the amenities is available like geyser, hot water, iron and iron board, which was not available at all when we checked-in at the hotel, and the staff was not ready to help us. After we reached in the evening we want to freshup however no hot water and when asked staff they said they don't have hot water which was really disappointed, we went to enjoy and celebrate our friends birthday however it really disappointed, we really not happy with the facility of the hotel.

Waste of Money
I recently stayed at this place, and honestly, it was just okay. The room was average—not bad, but nothing to rave about either. I was hoping for a nice meal, but I ended up disappointed. Even asking for something simple didn't help; they just couldn't seem to get it right. Also, the bed sheets didn’t look like they had been washed properly, which is never a good sign. It made me feel like I was wasting my money here. Overall, I can't say I would recommend it. There are definitely better options out there.

AVERAGE EXPERIENCE
The property has a lot of potential but it was not at all maintained, the building needs a white wash urgently, looks like a horror show set,the bedsheet was dirty when we checked in, had to ask them to change it, the bathtub is used as an USP for booking but they dont tell that there is hot water only for two hours in the morning. The garden is in a very bad shape. The staff is courteous and helpful, we only had breakfast which was ok. It is located close to venn lake which is an advantage

Good Hotel
Very peaceful location to stay, granary around the hotel and Venna lake is just 500m from the hotel. Rooms are good and clean and service is also good. Hotel food is also good.

The property is not very clean. I felt very low maintenance is being done. Additionally there are so many bugs and mosquitoes all around the place. Not a very happy stay

Location is very good, Hotel vibe is very good. Room is some what average as per the hotel rate and there is limited milk and coffee sachet provided on a daily basis which is not sufficient

Excellent Stay
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff is nice and very responsive. The rooms are neat, clean, and well-maintained. The location is perfect—peaceful, green surroundings and very close to Venna Lake, just about 2.5 km from the Mahabaleshwar market area. Breakfast and food were quite good as well. Overall, it was a great stay, especially considering the budget. Highly recommended!

Ambience was good . our breakfat was bellow average. service very good. Swiming pool is small , we could not SWIM, but bath.
