I found this property through Instagram. property ambience was nice but all over experience was not good. food was ok , break fast was below standard . room cleanliness was below standard. room celling was leaking with water I

The staff Lisha was very nice and helpful helped with all the requirements that were needed. She made sure that our stay and experience was good. Rooms are very spacious and the complete staff was superb.

stay was good, food was good. as it was continuously raining have to stay inside the resort maximum time. TV not working, no entertainment for kids. Kids play area is open roof can not utilise under the rain. apart from this resort is good , staff is friendly. can consider a good stay option. resort is 6 km away from the main road take time to go out and in. personal car is must if you go there.

Stayed recently at Prathamesh Valley Resort, Panchgani, and it was far from what was shown online. The room was spacious, but cleanliness and maintenance were severely lacking. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, and there was even a basin awkwardly placed near the bed that didn’t function well. Frequent power cuts with no backup made the stay very inconvenient. There was no mobile network coverage and no Wi-Fi provided, which left us completely disconnected during the stay. The food was average at best and highly overpriced for the quality. The ambience of the resort felt incomplete, as if parts of it were still under construction. Definitely not what was advertised in the videos and pictures. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. It doesn’t deliver on basic expectations, especially for the price they charge.

Property is really well maintained. The staff is very co-operative. We did Alacart food oder and it was very nice in test and portion. there is ample space for the kidz to play and enjoy. the rooms are big and clean. TV wifi lighting very nice in the rooms. Overall highly recommended for families with kids to visit.

The experience was a bit disappointing as our washroom’s toilet seat was broken. Even after multiple reminders, nothing was done. Else the stay was good. Staff was warm and friendly.

The place is good and clean. The food offered on day 1 was really food. It could be better even when the place gets crowded. Overall a decent stay. Very close to mapro, parsi point, aves world etc.

Everything is good about place like stay, food, vibes, service. Only things was not there a strong wifi in my cottage, outside cottage there was no issue.
