Even after full payment and confirmation of booking at konark villa booked by us There were no rooms available at the villa for us to stay As per your team & property owner there was some overlapping issue due to which this was happened Make my trip did not even have the basic courtesy to inform us abot stay not available We got to knw this when we reached the location after 10 hours of travelling It was so difficult for us to find rooms at the location due to long weekend and we were at the location searching rooms ofline for 4-5 hours with an infant child with us With so much of difficulty we had found rooms First place we were not informed about the issue created and now you are asking for invoice copy for our stay After wasting 4-5 hours with your customercare & property person the alternative stay provided to us was D grade it was not in the condition we could stay with and 1 yrs old baby so we had no option but tto find another hotel on our own This was the worst experience we had with makemy trip and property and property owner

view is great but villa is poorly maintained . Hyegine is subordinate , also Road to reach is muddy .My car got stuckked in mud during reach to villa. Its very isolated place. Good for friends but not as good for family

Perfect place for family and couples

The property owner suresh is really nice soft spoken guy. Food was awesome the caretaker and his wife cooks local style lovely dishes. View is awesome

If you are looking to spend peaceful time with your friends and family this is one of the best place near Mahabaleshwar. Staff is helpful and friendly. Food charges are bit high can be reasonable with more options. Had good time here will recommend.

Sir, thank you for your valuable review. Sir, you had booked 2 non AC rooms. Both rooms are on ground floor but we provided you the best top floor rooms. Also on your demand, we provided 2 mattresses which was chargeable but you refused to pay the amount. Also, you told to me that you booked rooms at Konark Villa due to no vacancy in Club Mahindra. We don't expect a comparison in between a villa and resort. We strongly curtail your statement regarding cleanliness. We have RO water purifier on top floor if it was not up to the mark then you had the option to take the packed water bottles. But you didn't. We are not satisfied with your review. Anyway, thank you for valuable review.

Great location, decent stay

The property was centrally located but not easily accessible. The view from the property was great. The surrounding was calm and relaxing. The staffs were cooperative and mannered. The rooms were relaxing and the facilities were up to the mark. The food was great and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend the property.
