The Villa was big, but the road to the Villa was not proper. It was a very narrow only the one car can pass at a time, need to U-turn and come back to the same place. It is a high slope slipper road near to villa entrance , there was no proper heater facility, no WiFi . They were getting water by water heater . Rooms were smelly. No room fresher

Thks for Visiting Qayyum , due to heavy rainfall last 2 months in mahabaleshwar area roads might be slippery due to no Sunshine whole day Solar water heater do not get tht desired temperature we provide hot water in morning from Electric water heaters in monsoon ,due to dampness heavy rainfall rooms may get bit smelly pls do Visit in Summer or Winter time & experience stay at Hill Top Villa

The rooms were incredibly spacious and immaculately maintained. The caretaker, was extremely helpful and ensured that all my needs were met. The food at the hotel's restaurant was mouth-watering and served with a smile. I thoroughly enjoyed every meal! But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the breathtaking weather. Waking up to serene sunshine and spending evenings under starry skies was pure bliss. Overall, my experience at Hill top villa was flawless. I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway. *Pros:* - Big, clean rooms - Helpful caretaker - Delicious food - Awesome weather *Cons:* None! *Will I return?* Absolutely! *Recommended for:* Couples, families, Date of stay: 28-sep-2024

Terrible Stay

Very bad homestay. Had only 2 bedrooms while the posting mentioned 3 bedrooms - misleading photos to show two-story building while it is a just a high-rise ceiling. Lack of electricity, water utilities. An unsafe place for women travellers. Very difficult to navigate to reach the place which is deep inside the valley.
