Our recent stay at Palash – Lavish 3 BHK Villa in Panchgani was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality by Vikram, the caretaker, and his lovely wife. Their polite, down-to-earth nature and sincere efforts to make us comfortable made a huge difference—they truly went above and beyond in every way. The villa itself is stunning—spacious, well-maintained, and set against a serene backdrop. The rooms were neat and cozy, and the entire space had a peaceful, homely vibe. One of the highlights for us was the private jacuzzi, which was used exclusively by me and my cousins. It was a relaxing and fun experience that added a luxurious touch to our stay. The game room also brought out our competitive side and made for some lively evenings. From morning tea to stargazing at night, every moment at the villa felt special. What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality. Vikram and his wife treated us more like family than guests. They were always around if needed—never intrusive, always helpful. Small gestures, like checking in to see if we needed anything or sharing local tips, made us feel genuinely cared for. I can confidently say this was one of the most refreshing and memorable getaways we've had. If you're planning a trip to Panchgani, I highly recommend staying at this villa—you’ll find not just a beautiful property, but also kind-hearted hosts who make it all the more worthwhile.

Glad you had a good stay. I guess you missed mentioning the caretaker extending your checkout by a couple of hours as a courtesy. She was managing next guest prep, which may have caused stress.

Then he was rude. When i talk to the property manager he also did not do anything. The house was good but whats the deal if you cannot get good food .

familyProperty was ok, but there was no facility, no utensils to eat or cook food in. The caretaker had zero interest in doing anything for us, overall a very bad stay and horrible experience. Would definitely not recommend anyone to stay here.

Good condition of villa, Kitchen is not well equipped. Sound system not working and also difficult to full zacuzi with warm water. overall it's little bit pricy in compare of facilities.

We were 8 girls and visited the villa for a bachelorette party and it turned out to be one of the best in mahableshwar. This villa gives you a very cozy and aesthetic vibe. The house is well designed and photogenic. The rooms are very beautifully decorated. The best part is the jacuzzi area and the gaming room. The caretaker vikram is very helpful and really makes very delicious food and we have a lot of space for parking as well. All the rooms have ac plus hot water facilities both. Which is awesome. Gaurav was a great host and we appreciate his understanding towards us throughout the stay.

familyRooms were not ready even when we checked in late. Caretaker had no clue about our booking. No air conditioners in rooms and that made out stay really bad as we visited in march end it was very hot. No proper ventilation and nets in windows. Overall too overpriced.

This is our first summer as a host, and we did not realize the need for air conditioning because previous summers have been cooler. We are now considering and soon install air conditioners in all bedrooms to make sure our guests are comfortable. We also admit the caretaker not being informed about your booking. We are very sorry for this and are working to make sure it doesn't happen again. We hope you will give us another chance to show you a better experience.
